They are just great. They come out every 2 weeks. The lady and her helper are just super. They work so hard. We have dogs and some people get real fussy about the dogs. They are so kind to my dogs. So patient. They just do a great job.

After panicking that I had booked the service too late (Friday), they finally contacted me (Monday), and were able to clean (Tuesday) before the movers arrived with all the furniture (Wednesday).

Ok but communication issues. They did not finish the job. @ people/4 hrs, but they did not budget time wisely. I had to still clean a room and some other things. Told the guy not to bother with the stove and found out he spent 45 min cleaning it. These services should sit down with a check list prior to the job, do a walk through, agree on the items that the time will allow and then do to work. The English was a little shaky as well so that could have been part of the issue. Nice people though and the work they did do was very good....but in the end I was disappointed.

The two gals who came over cleaned my house to get it ready for move-in and they couldn't have done a better job. Their attention to detail was astounding. Highly recommend them.

The follow up and scheduling was exceptional. I had my house cleaned within hours of the purchase. They were polite and professjon. My only complaint is that the downstairs family room was my priority with the heavy furniture, and that room for the least time and attention.

Maile and her team were great! Beforehand, Maile was responsive in setting up and confirming a date and time. While they were a little late to arrive (my home is in Coral Gables, a good distance from where they're based), Maile was responsive throughout and made sure to call to tell me she was going to be a little late. Upon arrival, she and her co-worker got right to work and worked diligently for the next 6 and a half hours. The home that I'm moving into was vacant and very dirty. They worked very hard to get the house clean and were very attentive to details, including the tops of the fans and other hard to reach places. Maile also asked to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process, and seemed very amenable to cleaning anything additional that I needed. With their positive attitude and great work ethic, I will definitely use them again for any future cleaning needs!

t was a very good experience. They were very thorough and professional. We appreciated that the ownners actually came to perform part of the service as well as supervise there employees. We have started using them on a regular basis for house cleaning purposes and have been very satisfied. Only advice to potential future customers is to be clear about what you would like them to have done. They are very responsive to requests however you need to be clear with them about what services and what needs to be cleaned. We would highly recommend them without reservation.
