"[Member Name Removed], We are sorry you felt the service you received was not what you wished. In looking at our records, we found that the repair you mentioned was not done by our shop. The last time we saw your BMW was in February 2013, and although we did find the leak in your BMW, it was not repaired by us. You were charged an inspection charge of $97.50. You were never charged $500.00 by us. As noted in your paper work the suspected cause of the water leak was clogged drains in the trunk, the convertible top on your BMW needed to removed to repair the leak and the top needed be repaired due to slits in your window and stitching coming apart contributing to your water leaking in the vehicle. You declined the repair. The staff at Turn Key Auto Service works very hard to provide superior service, but as this repair was declined we feel that your review is inaccurate. Please feel free to call and schedule the repair if you wish and we will be happy to make sure that it is done accurately.
