Replaced mother-in-laws’s garage doors that were from the 1930’s and replaced the openers also. Doors were installed within 3 days from ordering! Needed everything new and the new doors and openers were installed with great quality. They took care of everything. I definitely recommend them!

It started up really good but there was a problem when getting the door from the supplier so it took longer than expected. When they got the door, the installation went really good and I was very pleased. It was the delay that's why I gave the company an overall rating of B.

It was great. I called him and he came right out the out next morning with the necessary parts and only charged about $500, which was around $2000 less than what I was quoted from another company and they were done within the same day.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered in 30 years of dealing with contractors. Jimmy, the owner, is a smooth talker and a pathological liar. He will say anything to get your money. I have had over 68 communications with him since last November of 2017 and still do not have my garage windows THAT I PAID FOR. On four different occasions he told me an installer would be out and I arranged for someone to be there, only to have them not show up, nor call. Always a text excuse about lack of quality installers, sickness in family, out of town, will call back when he gets out of meeting, etc. etc. The list of excuses is endless and ridiculous. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIS ROCK BOTTOM PRICES, BECAUSE HIS SERVICE FALLS INTO THE SAME CATEGORY. The latest is, he is going to give me a refund, but checks are only cut on the first and the fifteenth of the month. I sent him text reminders both days to issue my check but my mailbox is still empty. Good thing I have lawyers in my family. Time for legal action.

Terrible! DO NOT hire this company. DO NOT trust the ‘man in charge’ by the name of Jimmy. He is a smooth talker which later only proved that he is a liar. Jimmy quickly responded to my inquiry which I thought was great. I went over everything with him, including the part about the door still being functional but that it appeared the spring on one side was broken after it had been replaced approximately a year to year and a half prior. I was told ‘no problem’ they deal with this all the time. I even got the story of how he’s got such a wonderful reputation, he doesn’t use the cheap springs like other vendors which is why ‘I have a 5 year warranty on my parts AND labor’. This sounded good. His reviews looked great with the exception of maybe one so we hired Jimmy and his crew to do the job. After hanging up at Jimmys request I sent a text to him of our contact info. I added my husbands info and asked that he contact him for anything as he would be at the home. We were told they’d be out first thing in am and it was pretty much indicated that it’d be before 9am. NOT so. In fact Jimmy did not read my text and tried to reach me for pictures of the spring. I sent him message to call my husband as I was at appointment and instead he called me and left a message. I then called him. Finally, 2 members of the company showed up. They replaced the spring and continuously kept trying to get the door to go up with the wall controller with no luck. My husband was right inside the grouse where our garage and living room share a wall. He heard their conversations and realized a mistake had been made while they were fixing the door based on the conversation and the fact that he could hear that the door was not opening/closing anymore. He went to go inquire of issue when tech knocked and asked him to come and check out the door. The tech said that they repaired the spring but that the opener had to be replaced and blamed it on a bent rod, etc. My husband proceeded to tell them no that the door was working fine when they got there and reminded them that they had seen in work not 30 minutes prior to them ‘fixing’ the spring. The techs kept denying that they saw the door work even though it was one of the first things they saw while assessing the spring issue. We paid them $189 cash as requested. The techs promised that they would return to fix the opener and get it back to where it was when they were hired,(it was working, only the spring was broken). The following day we called Jimmy and were told someone would be out. NO ONE SHOWED. I called Sat. afternoon and asked when someone would be coming, again Jimmy said he had someone that would be out that day. He apologized that no one showed on Friday but they got stuck at a job that turned into a big issue that had to be dealt with, AGAIN, NO ONE SHOWED! On Sunday morning my husband called and spoke with Jimmy trying to come to a resolution about this. We had to tell Jimmy that his guys were lying to him and that all we wanted was for the door to work as it had before his guys broke the opener. We never asked for a refund because they did replace the spring, however, they needed to fix their error with the opener. On Mon. I received a text from Jimmy stating he would be to our house himself after lunch....NO SHOW. when I contacted him he was at an unexpected appointment with his wife. No courtesy on his part to let us know....again I called him after another NO SHOW OR COMMUNICATION OF ANY SORT! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They should be banned from Angie’s List all together

I called in mid-February to get a quote on 2 new garage doors and 2 new garage door openers. I talked to Jimmy and he gave me a verbal quote, then had someone come out that evening to check everything and provide me a quote in writing (same quote as over the phone). After I was ready to get the doors, I called on 3/22/18. The doors were scheduled to be installed the next day. I had one person arrive during tshe scheduled time, and he began the disassembly of the old doors. About an hour later, 2 more people came to help him and they were done in less than three hours. Everything was cleaned up and functioning perfectly. It's the way every service company should work. Customer service, great prices, and great installers!

Owner was very friendly when selling and installing the doors. But when we called about indentations in the vertical panals were brackets were installed, he was rude, unprofessional, accusatory, and began yelling and has refused to come back when asked to come out and even look at the problem. Doors are still under warranty as they were installed 8 months ago. Have made several calls since December. Does not stand behind his guarantee.
