*Started project later than original agreement *Poor communication with me and obviously between him and his workers about when work would start on any given day. Consistently arrived hours later than ETA given day before, without any call to change expectations. This delayed other project work that could have been done at that tine. *Agreement terms were about half upfront and remainder when work completed. About halfway into project, when drywall was supposedly ready for final sanding, he request another 25% payment. I told him I would prefer to stick to original terms of remaining payment when complete. He balked at this, saying I never told him the project would be broken out (back half of house first, then front half) and implied I was holding him up from completing the project(?). These were not true statements, but I still tried to compromise with him, which required that day’s sanding be completed so I could shift household items to back half of house. He did not respond and his workers abandoned the job. *while looking for replacement contractors, I was told by more than one that the work TW did was NOT ready for final sanding, as TW told me. This leads me to believe the final results would have been unsatisfactory and it was probably a blessing that they left.

GREAT! Tom Webb is very good at what he does. He came in and got the work done. Only one minor problem, very minor, is that some of the painter's tape was left behind around some of the fixtures. Otherwise it was great and cost effective.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job removing a soffit in my kitchen, removing drywall where a tile backsplash was removed, and repairing both. The ceiling has a rosebud texture and the matching ceiling texture Tom applied is perfect (in the attached photo the left side is old texture and the right is the repair). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any drywall repair or ceiling repair work.

Decent. The hardest part was accepting the crew's schedule. They came to hang the day after I called, which was great. But then the finisher was pretty flaky on when he would come back, so my wife felt trapped at home for a week and a half just waiting each day for him to arrive and to work. Once there, it was done quickly and to a decent grade, though I do my own drywall sometimes, and can finish it better as an amateur.

It was a small job but Tom still said he would help us out. They did great job with drywall and texturing so we did NOT even have to re-paint ceiling.

He did a great job! So happy to have something repaired that has been bugging me for years! :)

They did a good job. The price was cheaper than all of the other estimates I got. They did what we asked. We cleaned it ourselves, but they took care of what we told them to do. They were late a couple of times, but that wasn't a big deal.

Great! Tom worked to fit me in on my tight schedule and his crew of finishers did an outstanding job!

Went well, was some disconnect on the scheduling front and was sometimes unaware that they were returning the next day and at what time to perform the next phase of the drywall patch/repair. The work completed was excellent and looks seamless. <br>

Tom has done two jobs for this year, and he did exception work on both jobs. He make excellent effort to meet my very short time scheudle. I would definitely recommend their services, and will use them again if need. <br />

The job I felt went really well. Tom and his crew where able to start the job ahead of schedule and finish ahead of schedule. Toms price was right in line with what I thought it should have been and out of the 4 quotes I received his seemed most accurate as far as how many sheets it would take. I think other contractors were really estimating high to mark up the price. Tom had a great bunch of employees as well. They didn't mind me asking questions and were very curtious. I would definitely recommend their services. I will be priming next week and Tom has offered to come back and touch up anything that needs it. <br />

Everything went very well. The ceiling looks great. <br />

Tom when beyond expectations to cover all the cracks in the ceilings inside the house. He went beyond to fix the patch I had done earlier. He also repaired some drywall in garage. He made excellent effort to meet my very short time schedule. The crew came on time & completed on time. I plan to hire Tom for future drywall work. <br />

The quality was good, but he was not very punctual. <br />

He was quick, thorough, and even came back to patch a hole that the electrician needed to cut to fix a light fixture that had a problem after the drywall was put up. <br />
