Overall, the project went well, due to the time of year we had some rain delays.  Thomas and his crew were very friendly and helpful,, we came upon some unexpected problems due to the work of a previous contractor and Thomas worked with us to help control the additional costs.   Overall we enjoyed working with TWH Construction and would use them again. <br />

The main house re-roofing went fine. The carport/storage shed flat roof, not so good. The initial project, remove old roof, bad plywood and wood joists, replace with 30lb paper and 5v metal, well. After the first rain, leaks were discovered. The contractor came back and replaced the 30lb felt with ice and snow shield and re-screwed down the metal. A couple of good rains and the roof still leaks. Not a big leak, but little leaks turn into big ones and then major repair. <br /> I have tried to get them to come back out to repair the very minor leak for at least 6 weeks now, and all I have gotten from them is lip/text service. It will take me more time to write this negative review about their poor customer service <br />  then it will to make the repair!!! By the way,  the roof repair is only about 3-4 months old. <br />

All went well after a few communications. Job took five days to complete, but came out wonderful. <br />

I enjoyed having David and Brian over here, they were hard workers, very professional, and they knew what they were doing. This is the first time I've hired a roof painter that actually took off the old coats of paint.  I would recommend the crew with TWH construction for any job.  They do all sorts of work and I'll be calling them back to paint my shed roof and replace my shed door before the fall. And let me just say that the owner Thomas was willing to work with me on the payments for the work they did. <br />

They were friendly. 

Thomas was punctual.  Returned phone calls, showed up when he said he would and completed the job as promised. <br />

Once calling for an estimate, the owner was at my house the next day to provide an estimate.  The estimate was quite reasonable.  The work was completed as scheduled. Although they were later than anticipated twice during the remodel, they phoned and kept me informed on what was happening. They also worked on a Saturday and Sunday to finish quickly because of small children in the house. And each day's "mess" was cleaned up before leaving, again to keep house as orderly as possible for us, small children and dogs. The room came out wonderful, and we are really enjoying it. The carpenter was able to match a custom chair rail originally used in the room. His estimated was lower than the others we got, and the work was quality. I would use this company again in the future. <br />

They did an excellent job. From the beginning, they let me know exactly what they were going to be doing and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. There were no surprises and they were very professional. They kept in constant contact throughout the project. At the end of the project they cleaned up and were very efficient.  We will definitely use them again for more projects around the house.  They definitely deserve an A rating. <br />

Tom and his crew did a great job replacing my leaking skylights in the sun room and install gutters and downspouts around my house. He was honest and punctual. His crew was polite and my wife and I are very happy with the job they did. <br /> <br />

I hired Tommy and his crew to put a new roof on an existing outbuilding.  Thomas gave me a fair evaluation of what needed to be done and a price confirmed with a handshake.  The next morning they showed up ready to work.  I am a HIGHLY CRITICAL individual when it comes to workmanship and value.  That being said, TWH Construction did an outstanding job and the price I paid was the price I was quoted.  I have several more jobs lined up for Thomas and his crew in the very near future and I will rate them accordingly as the work is completed.

I couldn't have asked for anything more.  I thought I would be put on a waiting list but they started work immediately and stayed on the job until it was finished.  I am one happy customer!
