It went horrible! They left white spots in my carpet and told me to have someone else come out because they did not do that to my carpet.

They did a good job and charged me extra $30 for deep clean. I had a groupon for $30.

The agreement was to steam clean carpeting in three rooms for a certain price. I had only two rooms, and they were completely void of furniture, so I thought it would be easy and the cleaner would appreciate the simpler task. Instead he immediately said it would costs 150% more than the agreed price. I reminded him of the agreement. He baulked. He said no way but came down to 50% more than the agreed price. I thought this was not honest dealing but I had taken off work to be there and so it would have cost me more to refuse and send him on his way. He worked hard for one hour and a half. He did not follow instructions on where to focus his attention. The carpets did not cleaner once he was finished. However I do not dealing with people on that basis and will not recommend him to others and not hire him again.

Company never called to schedule appointment after it was pre-paid.

Stains were almost completely gone and definitely no bad smell was left, so that was very good.

On Twiga's page on Angie's list, there is a special rate of $49 for cleaning sofas. I called and was promised the $49 rate for both the sofa and the love seat. This seemed to be an incredible deal, and I thought it might be too good to be true. But my sofas were not in bad shape, just needed to be freshened up and some small stains here and there removed, so I figured I might as well go for it. Mel arrived and saw my sofa and said it had too many cushions and so he couldn't do it for $49, but said it would cost me $80. I didn't bother negotiating (which I think surprised him) because this is still a good deal, but asked that he do a good job. It went ok. The sofas look good overall and smell fresh. I noted though that once Mel was done, he just turned off the machine and started packing up the equipment. Didn't really bother asking what I thought of the work and if I was satisfied. I noted a stain on the top side that hadn't been removed and asked him about it and he said he'd tried to remove it, but it wasn't going away. Afterward, I noticed some stains in the cushions on the sides, but these weren't visible so not a huge deal. I ended up removing them with some laundry detergent. I also noticed that the back of the sofa wasn't done at all, and there were some stains/marks toward the lower end, but nothing major. Overall, I think it went ok because of the price. If I had paid a lot more (which it seems many of the Angie's List providers charge), I likely would have been a bit unhappy.

Everything went very well. The company got in touch almost immediately and scheduled me for service within a few days. The cleaner arrived promptly and did a thorough and really excellent job; when he was finished all of the stains were gone and the carpeting looked fresh and clean again. He threw in the stairs at $5 a stair and I paid a surcharge because of the heavy staining, but the pricing was still reasonable (and I could have declined the stairs had I wanted to). Total cost was $69.00 coupon (for three rooms) + 3 stairs at $15.00 + $50.00 surcharge for staining. I would unhesitatingly hire this company again and intend to do so.

The cleaner arrived on time and provided an accurate assessment carried the required cleaning expeditiously. He pre-treated only where necessary. I saved by applying a Groupon and paid additional for the pre-treatment. I was very happy to find someone who could respond quickly and prepare my new home for occupancy with clean carpets.

Mel did a really good job. He arrived on time, and it took him only half an hour to steam my carpets in 2 bedrooms. He pre-treated the stains, and gave me a discount for his service which was nice. Unfortunately one of the permanent stain didn't come off, but the rest were gone. Carpet look clean and almost like new when When he completed his job. I highly reccomend his service because he gets his job done quick and prices are affordable. Will definitely book him again!
