The crew arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and finished our roof in a single day. When they left, our yard was cleaner than when they arrived, they even used magnets to pick up stray nails. The new roof looks fantastic, and several neighbors have already commented on how great it looks. The final price matched the estimate with no surprise charges, and the project manager checked in afterward to make sure we were completely satisfied. I used Twin Anchors for my roofing project and they were very helpful and professional. After their own inspection of my roof and determination that my entire roof needed replacing, they filed a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company rejected most of the claim but Twin Anchors appealed and led me through the appeals process. Ultimately, the insurance company agreed and I received a new fortified roof. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. The roofing team then promptly went to work and within two days my project was complete. The roof looks great and we are very happy with the way Twin Anchors assisted in the entire process. I also appreciated the effort they put in cleaning up all the debris from the project. Their president even came to my house the next weekend and used a magnetic rake to make sure no nails or other metal pieces were left behind. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

Dustin and the team from Twin Anchors Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish with our new roof.  Also, Dustin did a great job of walking us through the process of getting approval from our insurance carrier to cover the financing of the project.  We were so impressed that we have asked Dustin to come back and provide us with an estimate for an additional roofing project for us.   I am confident that when that project is completed, I will be writing another positive review for Twin Anchors.

Twin anchors roofing replaced our roof for us in Jacksonville. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Left our property spotless, free of debris and nails. Accidentally backed into our mailbox, told us about it and replaced it. I will not hesitate using again and recommending this company. Hard to find honest contractors but was lucky to find Ritchie and his crew!
