Twin cities paving

Twin Cities Paving was paving my nextdoor neighbor's slab (in the alley) and referred them to me. I spoke to the owner, who quoted a reasonable price, so I went ahead and agreed to have my slab repaved. The work was done that day. The crew was very nice. Unfortunately, while preparing my slab for new asphalt, they splattered tar on my neighbor's garage. Additionally, it appears as if the asphalt was not sufficiently compacted. Tire tracks are easily visible in the asphalt, after allowing 8 days to set. The next day, I called the owner, who indicated that he would stop by on the weekend to address the issue. He never showed. I called again and he agreed to show up the following Tuesday, again, he did not show up. I called a third time and spoke to him. He agreed to come on the following Monday at a specific time. Once again, he did not show. Since then, I have tried to reach him many times. I have left many voice mail messages. Today it appears that his phone may be disconnected. The phone number on the company website [*** Link removed ***] goes immediately to voice mail, but the inbox is full. Emails to the company have gone unanswered.

Twin Cities Paving was very responsive from the moment I contacted them up until after the paving job was complete. They were up front on pricing and also very reasonable. They did a great job on our parking lot, it definitely needed a face lift. Our clients have already noticed the improvement!
