The man while trying to replace the shut off valve to the ice maker line to my fridge spun the galvanized pipe that goes into my basement breaking the P.V.C. line that feeds an outside spigot which neither of us knew, I turned the water on to the whole house, I then returned to the man up stairs to se if everything was o.k; then realized that there was water running, returned to the basement ; I then knew there was a real problem and then proceeded to turn the main water line off. went upstairs to inform the man of the problem in the basement, he went down stairs and observed the problem , and he went to a local home store and purchased the parts to repair the problem.

I was very happy with the job that Zach did for me and would definitely call him again in the future for any other plumbing issues I have. I like that I was quoted a price in advance based on the description of the job that I gave him (knowing there could be potential added costs if any other materials/labor was needed), but it ended up being exactly as we had discussed price wise.

Zachary was very nice . He phoned to let me know he would be late. He was very efficient at fixing the drain problem on my tub. Pricing was very acceptable. I would definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone.

Zach was the answer to a moisture problem we were having in our crawl space. Several people had given us input, but until zach diagnosed and fixed the problem, we hadn’t had success. I’m thankful that we hired Zach, and would definitely do so again.
