I had some damage to the siding on my house where the wind had blown off a small piece of siding. I called Twin Cities Siding & Roofing to see if they could send someone to assess the extent of damage. They was very responsive and scheduled a specific time for someone to come out the next day. Brent arrived on time and evaluated the extent of damage for me. He was very courteous and listened to my concerns. It was quick and easy to fix and Brent repaired it at no charge as a courtesy call. It was great to find a company that was easy to contact and quick to respond, and an employee who was so helpful and courteous. I would definitely use this company again.

TCSP did a great job re-siding our house. The project manager provided options to manage the overall costs and was very responsive. He personally visited the project when we had questions and conducted detailed inspections to ensure the high quality work.

We hired TCSP to replace 18 windows (w/Marvin) and 2 doors (Andersen) in our home. Their proposal was the most competitive of 4 bidders. Work took about a week and was performed by highly skilled craftsmen with + 20 years experience and it showed, professional all the way. I used this company for new James Hardie siding and Marvin windows throughout my home. I was very impressed with every aspect from the bid process to final install and ultimate clean up. The crews for siding and windows were outstanding and the PM kept in close and accurate communication. I do not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again for additional projects. I also felt the bids were very competitive.

The work the actual crew does is fine, the problem we experienced was how unusually long the project took, the extremely poor (practically non-existent) communication from TCSP "project manager" and issues that TCSP and/or their recommended subcontractors wouldn't take responsibility for and not doing what they say they will do. SALES First I'll touch on the sales and design experience. At first I was really impressed by our salesperson. He seemed very knowledgeable and interested in our project. This all changed once we had agreed to move forward with them. With all the siding contractors I had asked if they have design services. Our salesperson said they did however when it came down to finalizing colors and materials he acted like we were really putting them out asking for a 3d design model so we could visualize the end result. We had to provide our own 3d drawing and try to update it ourselves... GREAT SERVICE (sarcasm).... anyway the fact that they were reluctant to provide a 3D design showing exactly what materials go where lead to a misunderstanding and ultimately disappointment for us. Of course the salesperson blew this off because "they didn't note" something we had requested when we were walking around the house... OK so they're lack of notation is my problem? Lessoned learned, get everything in writing from these guys. ELECTRICAL TCSP did the disconnect, left pieces of old electrical outlets strung out all over the place. They didn't note when there was an externally mounted outlet which lead to a still unresolved issue when the electricians cam in and replaced the outlets putting in a regular outlet (back to back with an indoor outlet = no insulation, a draft coming into our house through the outlet and ice on the indoor outlet (you'd think they'd take this hazard seriously and want to get it resolved but no). SIDING, SOFFIT, FASCIA Our siding project was delayed 2 weeks due to missing material. This was during material shortage so we figured - makes sense - no big deal. However, delays, false statements about materials being on hand or not lead to a lot of confusion that the lack of communication and conflicting statements from our "project manager" did not help. "The material is in, we'll have a crew their next week." Next week rolls around and nothing. No email from the "project manager", no voicemail, nothing. Every single phase it seemed was a new ****show of disorganization. This project started in June and was finally completed (minus one problem TCSP or their electrical contractor has yet to take responsibility for) this January. GUTTERS All downspouts had been removed during a rainy time of the season for the soffit and fascia install. The "project manager" said he'd send someone out to temp up the downspout when the soffit and fascia were done so we wouldn't have water damage. They didn't, predictably, so I had to do it myself. Gutters were fine, once they were installed. "Project Manager"; why in quotes? Not to be annoying but because our project manager didn't seem to actually "manage" our project. If he had, all the issues we had would have been resolved or avoided altogether. He does not communicate adequately. He makes false promises, then ghosts you when you wonder where they are. I would never work with these guys again. I seriously wonder if I just got the two worst people they have or if others have experienced the same thing.

They checked all the boxes: courteous, professional, great communication, quality work and follow-through. James Hardie is an excellent product, but the installation is what makes the product look and perform at its best. Twin Cities Siding Professionals excelled in all aspects of the project and Jeff Anderson went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the project, we couldn't be happier.

The project went very well. Communication between both parties were awesome. The crew was very professional and hard working. The crew always cleaned up after themselves each day they performed work around my home. Very nice people. We highly recommend using Twin Cities Siding Professionals! It was an outstanding experience working with Troy and Jeff to replace our old, outdated siding with new beautiful vinyl siding! From the very start they were professional, friendly and they listened to our needs and never tried to oversell us like we experienced with other companies. The TC siding job crew did high quality work and got it done efficiently! Jeff and Troy were available to answer any of our questions the entire time. The siding was done 15 years ago and it still looks fabulous. We recently put an addition on our home and again they put on the siding. We have also had them do some windows. Workmanship was excellent. The staff was so friendly and followed through immediately with my questions. We would absolutely hire them again.

It was a good experience from initial consultation through completion of punch-list items, despite a crazy spring with covid. The crew was professional, pleasant, efficient, and cleaned up the job site daily. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Great! Terry patiently and fully answered all of my questions when providing a quote. Curt and his team were efficient with the install, it was done in a short afternoon and they cleaned up well afterwards. Curt came back later to do a final inspection and kindly showed me all the features on our new window. Through the whole process, everyone was confident, knowledgeable, and courteous. We hope to replace the rest of our windows in the next few years, and we'll definitely go with Twin Cities Siding Professionals again!

These are efficient, knowledgeable professionals who get the job done. They communicate well, know the product, (James Hardie Siding) and the windows were terrific. More importantly we had a hard deadline of a wedding and it was during Covid so there was no room for error. In part that was our poor planning that they worked with so even more props to them. We enjoyed both work crews, the windows were a separate crew from the siding folks. They were professional especially when it came to making the place look neat every day. Let's face it, this was a construction project that took about a week. They left the place looking tidy daily. The crew was friendly and even enjoyed the dog being around. Not under foot mind you when it came to working, but as you see in one photo the dog was around and they were cool with it. I'm not going to list price because prices in general fluctuate depending on materials and time of year but I will say this about price. This was a significant project that involved a major decision about the look and resale of the house so we did not go with the lowest bidder, what was important to us was the company we chose knew the products they were installing and they listened to what was important to us. For those reasons we were very comfortable placing our home improvement investment in the hands of Twin Cities Siding Professionals

They were exceptional. All the work was completed in a very timely manner. The projects were of excellent quality. All the staff we dealt with were so responsive, friendly and professional. This was the 4th time we've used TCSP over the past 15 years. They were willing to work with us in replacing siding on parts of the house as it was needed and it is now done. They also did a full house repaint for us. At each step, they reviewed what they were going to do and, afterwards, did a walk-around with us and assured all was done to our satisfaction.
