I needed to move/replace the gutter in the back of my home due to another project that would be impeded by the current gutter. The contractor who did the other project had given me an estimated start date which I used to schedule the gutter replacement with Bjorkstrand Exteriors. I then received a surprise call that the other project was to begin 2 weeks early AND within 3 days of the call! I called Bjorkstrand Exteriors and explained the situation and requested an earlier date for the gutter work. They came the next day to finish the gutter work! I am thankful for Bjorkstrand Exteriors being willing to change their schedule and prioritize my sudden request which allowed the rest of the project to start without a delay. The gutter work was completed exactly as I expected with high quality craftsmanship and at a reasonable price. The process of getting a quote and completing the work was easy, friendly and professional. Thank you to Bjorkstrand Exteriors for taking care of your customers. I will be very happy to do business again.

I had gutters installed in 2018. There was some initial leakage. But, when contacted they came out immediately and corrected the problem. I had another problem in the winter, when I realized all the corners would drip. Through my own procrastination, I didn't contact them until 7/2024. They, again, immediately came out and resealed the corners. Six year from my original purchase/install and they still stand by their product and work. Thank you, Bjorkstrand!

After inquiry in May of 2023, Mark was out promptly and submitted a proposal for our approval. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional in his presentation. Within a couple of weeks, new gutters with a cover were installed. The installers were efficient and within a couple of hours the work was completed and the site cleared of all construction materials and debris. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the process...and would highly recommend this firm to others.

I hired Bjorkstrand for snow removal for the Winter of 2022-2023. It was the worst in recent memory. Mark and his crew were prompt and communicated well when the snowfall was extreme. I will be hiring Bjorkstrand again for the 2023-2024 season. Very satisfied!
