TWIN CITY LANDSCAPE

We are very happy with our new patio from Twin Cities Landscape. Debbie is a master project manager. The work was done on time and within our budget. The crew was courteous and thorough. In the end, I got a project that was far better than I expected. We would highly recommend.

We had great work that was done on this project. Existing steps and patio were demolished and debris hauled away; patio walls that were secured by adhesive were installed; pavers over a large patio area were placed; and a series of 14 steps consisting of 300pound steps approximately 18x48x6 were set into place to the new patio. All of this work was done on time, the crew worked for 6 weeks, five days a week to completion. They worked tirelessly and were professionals that did meticulous work and should be proud of the product they produce. From beginning to completion, the people were professionals and great communicators in describing the process for a successful landscape project.

Last year we had a patio installation completed by Twin City Landscape, this was the second time we have used their services. Their first project was completed three years earlier, when they replaced a deteriorating retaining wall for us. Twin City Landscape was easy to work with, had great design ideas, was always on time, and spot on with the estimate. We’d definitely use them again if we had another project.

A tall task and they did it in short order. Friendly and kind crew that truly did a great job. Would reckoned!

I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism, communication and quality of the work done by Debbie and her teams. We had at any point between one or two teams led by Alex working on our corner property project. They replaced a failing railroad tie retaining wall that covered three sides of our property, which reached 5’ in height in some areas. This required architectural considerations which Debbie handled perfectly. We looked at retaining wall bricks in person at a few different places, and also looked at stair replacements. We communicated with Debbie we wanted the wall even (so it doesn’t look wavy), as we’ve seen some uneven retaining walls walking around. They were paid a lot of attention to detail, and avoided it looking wavy, and made sure we had input all the way through the build. Additionally, they expanded our driveway to allow another car to park, fixed water creeping into my neighbors garage by fixing the grade and redirecting water away from property lines, and replaced our pitted stamped concrete path going up to our house with beautiful herringbone patterned bricks. Debbie also coordinated multiple contractors to manage in ground sprinkler modifications, ULV lighting additions, and replacing my old fence. They were very respectful of our property, and all the plants/gardens they worked around. Their work is top notch, and I would change nothing about my experience, it was exactly what we wanted. I’d use their services again without a doubt!

After getting overpriced bids and funny bookkeeping glitches I got in touch with Twin Cities Landscape. The minute Deb showed up and we began discussing the project of new front retaining wall and stairs I had a great feeling. We really understood each other and what to do. Deb was open to use other suppliers they typically didnt use to make sure my wife got color she wanted. Communication was great throughout as we made changes to the plan as we went. The price was very fair and what I expected. She was up front on potential things that could be additional costs once the digging started so no surprises. Once started her crew was the there every day on time and great to work with. It turned out fantastic and so many compliments from neighbors.A great experiene and I would recommend from beginning to end. Communication throughout was prompt and all questions addressed. The Twin City Landscape crew installed a new walkway, patio and garden. The crew were good at communicating and incredibly hard working. I appreciated being able to bounce ideas off Debbie and find solutions unique to my yard.

Debbie Petschl came and gave us an estimate on a retaining wall when other companies were too understaffed or too busy to come, and she put us in the queue for early the next year. She understood our needs and gave us several options. The crew was great, their workmanship was excellent, and we're very satisfied with the results. Throughout, Debbie kept in touch; communication was outstanding.

I wanted to have a boulder garden built in our front yard and I had an idea of what it would look like but they exceeded my expectations! They brought in everything that was needed including soil with compost mixed in. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up the area afterwards. I absolutely love the finished garden.

Debbie was wonderful to work with as we discussed what we wanted and how to get there within our budget. She made suggestions that made sense for our small Minneapolis backyard and built into the estimate ways to ensure the water would stay in the landscaping and away from our home. Beyond that, her crews were really incredible. They were respectful and kind and good to our dog that wanted to go out for pets all day long. They did excellent work and we are so grateful for them.

Very responsive and excellent work. Twin City Landscape stands by their work. They originally did our paver patio 5 years ago and we had a few problems recently with buckling. They assessed the problem and came to remedy the issue at no cost to me.

Twin City Landscape originally installed my paver patio about a decade ago. They were fantastic. Debbie listed to what I wanted and told me how they would do it (unlike some other companies, who tried to talk me into doing something easier). I love my patio. Last year, I decided to finally fix a retaining wall, and do a small extension of my patio, so I contacted Twin City Landscape again. Once again, they did fantastic work. I will recommend Twin City Landscape to anyone doing landscaping (and in fact, I just did).

Debbie and her crew did an awesome job with my paver patio, walkway, privacy panels and new plantings! Everything about my project was top notch and it turned exactly how I envisioned it. I would highly recommend them. The crew not only excels in execution and working hard, but they were also easy going folk and nice to talk with. They kept a clean worksite everyday too. The communication through out the project was excellent as well, my emails were responded to very quickly which I greatly appreciated. I also felt their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. My project was completed in the fall so I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time on my patio and watching my new shrubs and flowers come to life this spring and summer!

Debbie was incredible. She guided the project for our backyard from start to finish. She helped us make decisions along the way and offered expert advice. Debbie and her team did an excellent job planning and then constructing a patio, steps and accent wall in my backyard. It turned out wonderful. These guys work unbelievably hard and produce fantastic results. Deb was careful to listen to our needs, come up with a great design, and her team was skilled in doing everything correctly with little additional guidance from us. AND, the team was diligent in maintaining the respect of the properties around us while doing their work. I wish every contractor worked with the same high level of professionalism, quality, communication and thoroughness as Debbie Petschl the owner of Twin City Landscape. We hired them in 2020 to remove a concrete slab and surrounding river rock, grade and install a new paver patio at our home. Debbie was personally involved from beginning to end. Her bid was clear, detailed and reasonable. The entire team was knowledgeable, polite and responsive during the week long project which was completed right on time. The final product was beautiful and the cleanup excellent. They reseeded the lawn surrounding the new patio and within a month it looked better than when they started! Working with the Twin City Landscape crew was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

The Twin City Landscape folks are a great bunch of people. The crew got the job done on time and really transformed our backyard. They did on-the-spot problem solving, with creative and effective solutions. Debbie was also super responsive,l.
