I can't say enough good things about Twin Pillars Restoration! After we had major water damage in our home, Chris and his team showed up fast and took care of everything. They made a really stressful situation so much easier. Chris was super easy to work with, kept great communication, and gave us fair pricing and no hidden surprises. The quality of their restoration and reconstruction work is amazing, and they left everything spotless when they finished. If you're dealing with flood damage, water cleanup, or fire repairs, pretty much anything you could need with repairs these are the people to call. Honest, professional, and they genuinely care about their customers. Twin Pillars Restoration definitely deserves more than five stars!

Chris & the Twin Pillars team came recommended to us through a mutual connection and we were very, very happy with our experience. We were in an bad situation where our dishwasher flooded causing us to rip out flooring and our kitchen island which then spun into a variety of restoration and home improvement projects. They were super responsive, flexible, and partners throughout the entire process. They carried themselves with a high degree of professionalism and followed through on everything they said they'd do. There wasn't any nickel and diming or smoke and mirrors through change orders or anything like that - Chris was very straightforward and knowledgable throughout. When you're doing restoration work you will have your GC and trades in your house a ton. The folks that Chris brought into to support were top notch, professional, performed high quality work helping us feel very comfortable and Chris was a constant presence and communicator as well. Highly recommend!

We were referred to Twin Pillars by a neighbor for a recurring mold issue in our upstairs bathroom, and we’re so glad we reached out! Chris came out right away, assessed the issue and was incredibly flexible with our schedule to make sure everything was handled quickly. Not only did he remove the mold, but he also completed the proper repairs, something our builders should have done, to prevent the problem entirely. We were so impressed that we’ve already scheduled Twin Pillars to come back and check all of our vents to ensure they’re installed correctly and fix any that aren’t. Highly recommend!
