Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
After seeing the amazing reviews about this contractor I was ecstatic to have him work on my job. I set an appointment for him to come to look at and bid the job. He showed up the same day (on a Sunday) was even more thrilled. Then he looked at the job and gave me a price right then and there. The price was GREAT. Since then, he replies to texts and phone calls with, *can I call you back later??* Later never gets here and my job is left unfinished. Learned my lesson, great reviews, and great prices DO NOT equal great customer service. Not sure what I have done differently from the others who have given great reviews but I wish I knew. I can not comment on his workmanship obviously but I kinda have a gut feeling that it matches his integrity which he has none in this situation.
