Installed shower, it leaked. I called and he came back. Denied it. Then I showed him the pieces missing from installation and where it was leaking. Promised me a receipt and that he would come back. Said his wife was sick. I remember that. So my bathroom floor needs to be replaced and bdrm wall. Paid 1400 and cannot have people over because its the guest bathroom. He never returned my calls, msgs, and I had several tragedies that overshadowed this situation.

Jim was great!! My husband passed away a few months ago who could repair anything!!! I’m relieved that I have Jim Short to call for house projects. I will be calling Jim again.
