The project included an extensive scope including the installation of a full bar/kitchen, full bathroom, , framing of several rooms, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tie-ins, lighting, wood flooring, shelving, installation of two sewage ejection pumps, and audio/visual components. Two-River’s owner, Andrew Lashchyk, personally as well as his design and construction team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and workmanship throughout the project. Andrew demonstrates a hands-on approach to all the work and holds his subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers accountable. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Two-River’s on-staff carpenters, who were largely on-site for the entire project. They were courteous throughout the entire install as workers and material were brought in and out of our house. They were also meticulous in leaving the house free of dust and the basement debris-less at the conclusion of each day. Andrew and his design team assisted us in providing multiple design options and ideas, in many cases maintaining budget, while not compromising quality. We are highly satisfied with the end product and truly feel that Two-Rivers helped transform our basement from an unusable, cold storage space to an efficient and usable extension to our home. We owe a huge thanks to Andrew and his entire staff and we definitely recommend Two-River Interiors for any small-to-large scale renovation project.

We purchased a mother/daughter house in spring 2015. The main house needed remodeling and we wanted to completely renovate the smaller unit including the kitchen and bathroom (included reconfiguring the bathroom and moving a wall). The main unit work included a remodeling to make the main bathroom senior friendly and we added central A/C to both units. We also needed quite a bit of landscaping done which included removing concrete around the pool and repaving, adding a new fence & sod, building a fire pit and plantings. Andrew and his design team worked very closely with us during the planning stage to make sure that all our needs (and wants) were being met. They did professional renderings of the space with the proposed changes and made sure that we were happy with the final product before starting on any of the major projects. Andrew did a great job from start to finish on this project and I would say he has the ability to not only focus on the larger aspects of the job but also notice the smaller details. He even went above and beyond and spoke to the neighbors during the demolition stage so that they would know what to expect which I thought was a great and I'm sure they appreciated. All of the work that Andrew's team did was of the highest quality and we trusted him to get everything done to code and to our standards. Andrew has a good network of subcontractors and other specialists in the area and coordinated every aspect of the project so we didn't have to worry about finding different people for different jobs. This was extremely important since we weren't on site while work was being completed and didn't have the time to deal with this. If at any point we were unhappy with anything he would propose a solution and try to work with us. We ran into a few unforeseen issues since the house was older (which I think happens on almost any project!) but Andrew worked with us to explain everything and made sure they were taken care of. We are extremely happy with all the work that Andrew and his team did. The guys who work with him are trustworthy and worked hard and we couldn't have done any of this without them. I can honestly say that I was so excited with how spot on the finished project was compared to the vision that I had in mind at the beginning. I would definitely recommend Two Rivers and would hire them for any other projects.

I met with the owner of Two River Interiors, Andrew, before my wife and I had even purchased the house.  Andrew accompanied me for a walk through of the home, during which I outlined the main elements of the work I was looking to have done.  Andrew created a thorough itemized cost sheet that helped me to be certain that what we needed was still within budget. I found the sheet especially useful when negotiating the home price and other disputes once we were in contract. <br /> Immediately upon closing, Andrew and his team went straight to work on the live-in basement suite during the two-week interim of selling our previous home.  Fresh paint, new appliances, carpet, tiles, molding, and doors were added in more than enough time to accommodate us.  Having an infant at the time, we greatly appreciated how quickly and thoroughly the job was done. <br /> The team began work on the main house a little over a month later once we were comfortably settled.  The home had a very 70s vibe with a sunken living room, claustrophobic kitchen, and for some reason a tremendous amount of the interior walls covered in stucco and wood paneling.  Andrew was always very responsive and worked very closely with us to come up with the best design and use of our space.  <br /> Overall, the total time to complete renovation was around 5 months with fairly general hiccups (discovered leaking, mold, some walls not structurally supported properly), but Andrew and his team were always helpful, always patient (of course my wife and I changed things as the project evolved),  and always willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect.  I cannot stress how important that was to us.  Besides their work, which was meticulous and exceptional, having this project done meant having a team working in the same house we were living in for nearly half a year.  Everyone had the same professionalism, work ethic, and honestly that extra something that really developed into a great camaraderie.    <br /> Andrew was always by our side every step of the way, whether meeting us to choose doors, tiles, counter tops, or even sink handles.  He always brought a thoughtful eye and a knowledgeable opinion.  The work of Two River Interiors is above and beyond and I cannot stress how pleased I have been with our entire experience.  <br /> <br /> <br />

Andrew Laschyk is the owner of Two Rivers Interiors, and we dealt with him personally on everything, which was always a pleasure.  Andrew is warm and funny, and is completely professional in his work.  The only knock I could possibly give him is that he is, at times, difficult to get on the phone.   <br /> When it comes to the work, the quality is the best I've seen.  We took a small, old, humdrum utilitarian kitchen and turned it into a showpiece.  The craftsmanship everywhere is superb, and on the crown molding is breathtaking. <br /> Andrew and his workers were polite, professional and tidy; they did excellent work, and cleaned the place up beautifully when they were done. <br /> Andrew prepared a detailed estimate, and never deviated from it without our advance consent. <br /> Andrew does some really amazing large expensive work for people with mansions in our area, ad we were a relatively small job, but that made absolutely no difference to the quality of the work,  We are very very happy with the work does by Two Rivers; I would gladly recommend them to a friend, or to anyone, and would gladly hire them (and expect to!) to work on our home in the future. <br />

We purchased a home in December 2012 that we knew needed a lot of work. The first project we had to tackle was converting the entire home to natural gas from electric as well as a full gut job of the first floor. The following summer we began interviewing various general contractors. Including 2 Rivers we met with 5 GCs. The other 4 GCs were not able to price the entire project and needed to have each of their subcontractors come through our home. Seeing as though my husband and I both work this was an extreme inconvenience but we wanted to ensure we were doing the right thing. Andrew was able to review our blueprints and walk through the home with us and provide us a quote without any further interruptions. In addition, Andrew was the only one that gave us his thoughts on the plans. Where we might consider changing things and why. Never pressuring for a change but this was the first time we had done anything like this and we took about 95% of the suggestions through the project! We received quotes from all 5 individuals. We got everything from an email with a single cost figure to a single side of hand written paper with a 'general idea'. Andrew's quote was close to 20 full pages with detailed information for each part of the project. Andrew came to sit with us (at our convenience) and review the entire document. When the first budget came in a bit high for us we talked about possible solutions and Andrew was able to work with us to get right to where we needed to be. The other 4 GCs indicated there was no room on their budgets and 3 of the 4 were already higher than where Andrew started! Without an itemized quote there was a great deal of grey area that we were not comfortable with. We went with Andrew and 2 Rivers because it was clear they were the best value. I also want to highlight that we have 2 dogs and Andrew and his crew were awesome with them and totally respected that this was their home. My husband and I both work long days and we were never uncomfortable with the crew being in/out of our home. I was also 3 months pregnant when we started work and was living in the house during construction and the entire time the entire worksite was astonishingly neat and clean. We started the project in October. Coming home after the first day of demo I was worried what I would find but it was literally the cleanest construction site I've ever seen. Very limited dust, zero debris and there were dust shields put up to the areas of the home that we're not being touched. This was a definite trend through the project. Andrew is meticulous and requires the same from his crew. We loved absolutely all of the team Andrew has working with him. They were all kind and respectful and very hard working. I thought it would be tough to get through this project given the long hours that we work and the fact that I'm a bit of a crazy perfectionist but as we got started with reconstructing the first floor I would text, call or email at about 8pm most days and 90% of the time I would get Andrew at that moment or hear back that night. He was always willing to work with our schedules. If he wasn't available immediately it was never more than a few hours before we heard back. Near the very end of the project Andrew was in Poland on vacation and I sent him an email about something and he resolved the issue immediately, from Poland! It was clear as we moved through the project that Andrew and his team really care about doing things the right way. There were a few finishing details that we had cut from the project for budget reasons and Andrew just knew they were the finishing touch that was needed and was able to get them all done by the end without and increase to the budget. This included amazing custom trim on every door and window that gets complimented by everyone that comes into the home! Peter's finishing work is amazing. I'm definitely not the easiest person to work with, I think of myself as the queen of 'one more thing'! Never once did Andrew make me feel like anything was a problem. There were a few odd things that had zero to do with the project that came up during the time and Andrew and the team jumped on them immediately without another thought. After about 80% complete I decided I wanted to change the front door and it was done in a day! We also had a fairly large TV that we needed to have hung and wired on a wide brick fireplace. We had several home audio companies come in and act like it was nearly impossible. I was griping to Andrew one day and of course he had just the guy to help! They were on the roof and in the garage and in the fireplace and were able to figure out exactly how to get it done in a few hours. The TV is up and perfect and it was another example of how the team truly wants to do the right thing to get the job done and make sure you're happy. I kept this up right until the end, on the final day after the final payment I asked if they could help with a piece of siding on the house that had come loose that we couldn't reach and as always, the answer was 'of course'. Andrew and the team really work to build trust. I trusted Andrew to the point that I had him lay our slate floor without having seen it! We were traveling and I knew if he liked it so did I. There are 100 other examples of how Andrew and the team really went above and beyond to ensure a good experience as well as a perfect outcome. It is not that the project was without complications, it was just that Andrew had a solution to each problem before he brought it to our attention. If there were multiple solutions he laid out the pros and cons and we felt informed the entire way. I'd like to think it speaks volumes that we were sad when the project was over and can't wait for the next one to start. We have some fairly significant work to do on the second floor and won't consider going anywhere else! We're really looking forward to the next project and seeing the crew again. They became like friends! Andrew, Peter, Juan, Jesus, Rodrigo, 'other Andrew', Kim and everyone else I'm forgetting were just the best!

This company came out in the middle of a snowstorm when my closing fell through. I had turned off all utilities and was afraid the pipes would freeze. Within an hour Andrew was there with a crew and generator and compressor. He was through and drained the pipes and saved the day. It was 6 degrees and 10 inches of snow on the ground. But he showed up. He was kind and had a great attitude. What a hero. Restored my faith in people....I would highly recommend Andrew and his company!!!

I had a previous contractor remodel my kitchen.  They did not finish the work and had messed the layout of the kitchen.  The previous contractor work began in April and it was then August.  I was left with a mess to deal with, not to mention I had paid the kitchen in full.  I had a very hard time finding a contractor that was willing to take on the task of finishing and fixing my kitchen. When I spoke with Andrew he heard the desperation in my voice and was more than willing to help me get my kitchen back in order.  He promptly made an appointment to come see the work to be done and just a few days later, him and his crew were in my kitchen putting it back together.  A few days after that the work was completed and I had my kitchen back. <br /> Andrew knew how skeptical i was about contractors after my first experience and he helped me see that there are some good contractors out there.  He made the process go efficiently, seamlessly and always kept me informed of everything that was being worked on or that was going to be done.  He was responsive and I always felt he had my best interest in mind. <br />

Andrew and his crew were very professional. This was a  big dirty job but they kept the mess and disruption of our normal activites to a minimum. We were kept informed every step of the way. The finished product looks great, you wouldn't know that tiles had been removed and trenches dug in the room. The best part was watching the water from yesterday's heavy rain flow freely into the new drain outside of the back door and right into the new sump pit. <br />

Andrew came by to review a bathroom remodel that I had put in. He inspected the entire bathroom for code compliance. His knowledge of the codes and of proper construction techniques was absolutely impressive. He is also clearly a decent and friendly man. I couldnt be more impressed and I know that anybody who uses his services will be extremely pleased by the work that he does. Specifically, as we reviewed how I had constructed my bathroom, he went over point by point on how he bulids bathrooms. Everything he does is in excess of what is minimally required by the codes and he made clear that he builds bathrooms not to pass code but to last as a quality build for 15 or 20 years. You cannot go wrong choosing Andrew as your contractor. I would give my highest recommendation. <br />

We first met Andrew from Two River Interiors last year. Out of all of the estimates we received, he was the most detailed, fair and professional. Since our first experience with this company, we have relied on Andrew for many projects in our home from small renovations, installing a gas line and complete remodeling. Andrew has also been there for us after our home was unfortunately struck by lightning causing a fire in our basement. He responded to our call immediately and helped negotiate with our insurance company. We were able to repair and improve our home while staying well within our budget from the funds received from our settlement. Andrew and his team are reliable, pleasant, neat and efficient. They get the job done in a timely manor. We highly recommend Two River Interiors for all levels of home renovations and remodeling. <br />

<br /> <blockquote> <p>I had given Andrew the deadline to have all the painting and the dishwasher installation done before I moved in and it was, including a last minute request to have the place cleaned for me. One text and he just took care of it. The built in bookshelves look like they have always been a part of my house. I had an interior designer draw them up and he just called her and worked on it without involving me in every tedious step. They were custom built and installed and even include a window seat/storage space which was his idea. I wish I could attach a before and after photo because it transformed my home. He brought my porch back to life by repairing the columns and spindles and power washing and giving it a fresh coat of paint. <br /> Here are the best things about working with Andrew:</p> <ul> <li>Andrew will always answer his phone and if he doesn't you hear back from him within an hour. I never met anyone on his team that was not completely professional, polite, considerate and hard working.  He listens and retains everything you tell him. He knows how to do just about everything and if he doesn't, he knows someone who does.  He gets you the best price on everything. He takes great pride in what he puts his company's name on as if it is in his own home. He brings cake. </li> <li>        </li> </ul> But the most important thing is that his heart is in the right place. I know it sounds corny but this process can be stressful and it is comforting to know that he is not trying to gauge you. The customer is always right in his book.  <br /> I plan on using Andrew in the future for my new kitchen and other projects as my budget allows. </blockquote>

Overall, Andrew made the process low stress and enjoyable for me.  I am the type of person that likes to know all the details and how things work, he was always willing to take time and discuss everything with me and make sure my questions were answered. <br /> Andrew was recommended to me by a family friend that had some experience with him.  One of the first things I noticed, is that Andrew picks up the phone.  If he doesn't pick up, you get a call back the same day.  Or he will pick up and tell you that he is in the middle of something and will call you back at a certain time.   <br /> Another nice thing, to me anyway, is that Andrew is computer literate.  When submitted his proposal we were able to shoot the breakdown back and forth via email in order to make some adjustments, and the use of email made things quick and efficient for us both. <br /> Andrew tells it like it is.  I found that when he quotes a price for something, that's pretty much the price.  He doesn't give you some artificially high number so that you have to go back and forth a hundred times.  His proposal was extremely detailed.  Everything was spelled out so that there was no confusion later on.  We both knew exactly what was expected to be performed. <br /> His team was always courteous and respectful, and careful not to track anything through the house or cause any collateral damage.  I really appreciated this. <br /> I would recommend Andrew and Two River Interiors to my friends and family and can hardly wait to call him and say "I'm ready to do the kitchen!" <br />

<strong>Several Positives</strong> <br /> We really like working with Andrew and his crew. From the pre-sales estimation time to post work review, Andrew was passionate, diligent, and exemplified professionalism. His crew ensure that the house was left clean at the end of every day.  Andrew was responsive to our phone calls and text messages even during the weekend as we both work and travel. <br /> <br /> Andrew was flexible to incorporate additional sump pumps and battery back up units of the models that we preferred. <br /> <br /> He identified issues that needed to be resolved and discussed the work to be done. <br /> Finally for rebuilding the basements, he provided detailed estimates working with us on the new layout of the basement. <br /> <br /> <strong>Things they can improve</strong> <br /> While Andrew and team discuss open issues that needed to be fixed, they need to be clear as to what the additional cost will be. We did get a bit of sticker shock for the additional work they performed. It was not clear they were going to charge and the charges will be high. <br /> <br /> Andrew and his team are not inexpensive but one can be confident that they will be there at home everyday to do the work and deliver quality construction. <br />
