Two Rivers Electric, LLC

The company didn't call back. They said I should have electrical permit, but I made a research that they should be providing the electrical permit. The inspector can't come in because of the electrical permit I've been waiting from them. They promise me that I'll be satisfied but they lied because they didn't provide what they promise. They are not professional.

It went great! We've had several projects at our house the last couple of years and Two Rivers will forever be our Go-To for all things electrical. Communication is KEY! We were informed at every step and the work was performed quickly and job site was left Clean!

Outside motion light had wiring problems. Switch to light was replaced & wire had to be extended from outlet below which required a hole in sheetrock. Tidy cut; not much to repair by homeowner. Replaced another motion light. Both lights provided by homeowner. Cost:$655.00. SHOCKINGLY EXPENSIVE. Tech did not wear a mask.

I recently reached out to Two Rivers to provide a 50 AMP circuit to our hot tub on our new deck + a 20 AMP circuit for some new outdoor outlets. I was kept updated from beginning to end. The estimate appointment was timely and accurate, I received follow up calls to let me know they were in route was helpful. The quote process was clear and well organized. On the day of the work I was given a call and notified of activity as it progressed each step of the way. Work was completed in the estimate time (2 days) and everything was left in order and well organized. After installation everything tested well during confirmation. Excellent and friendly customer service was delivered throughout every phase of the project. I would highly recommend using them and would use them again in the future.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They arrived on time, agreed on a plan of action, and followed through. They could have taken advantage of us, because we live 5 hours away...but they didn't just did the work, were so incredibly professional. They will always be our go to for electric work in that area.

Excellent Company! Justin Tilley diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour, and is continuing with other projects. His costs are very reasonable. It was a refreshing experience after having a horrible experience with Foster Electric from Chattanooga. I highly recommend Justin and Two Rivers Electric.
