"Hello [Member Name Removed], I am truly sorry we had asked for a tour of your home, but it was so unique the way you did your home, that we just wanted to admire the crafty efforts that were put in to your home. I am sure a lot of people ask for a tour, because your house is awesome. The time we spent looking around was not added in to the cost. We had previous discussed two ways to do the cleaning on cost and tires to off you the better deal, which would had given you extra time on another cleaning. I am sorry that something had gotten broken and I was unaware of that and I wish you would have contacted me immediately, so we could of settled the issue then. Thank you for the compliment giving for my work as I know who you are referring to as the one you was unhappy with. She is no longer with me, due to several issues that you had discussed and I have warned her in the past. I do remember this message clearly, due [Member Information Removed] the length [Member Information Removed] time your office recording took before I could leave the message. In the message I had [Member Information Removed] a date and time that I had open and requested a call back and never received one. If you would like I can send you the exact time and date [Member Information Removed] the voicemail I had [Member Information Removed]. When I contact a client, I always write the date and time down for my records. As for the team, they did arrived on time for the scheduled cleaning at 1pm. This was clarified in an email [Member Information Removed] confirmation. One [Member Information Removed] the team members did contact me for the arrival time and about the conditions [Member Information Removed] kitchen, along with some pictures. I did instruct them [Member Information Removed] do the best they could with working around the accumulated items and dishes on the counter. I'm sorry that a lot was not accomplished, but the deal does explain what we do and all is based on the severity [Member Information Removed] cleaning. Again, I am sorry that you are unsatisfied, but please understand that we do take our job seriously and strive [Member Information Removed] make each and every client happy, but we can only do so much within the time frame [Member Information Removed] the deal purchased and the time is mainly based on the conditions [Member Information Removed] the home.
