I requested an estimate on the cost for re-staining my deck and steps.

I was told to send pictures of the area to be stained. I received an estimate based on those pictures and was told the specific brand o of stain and recommended color to purchase. I purchased that stain and the color recommended.

On my lunch break (the day the job was to be completed), I left a check for the entire amount of the project even though the painter was not completely done.

Upon seeing the poor job when I returned home, I contacted the contractor and sent her pictures. Her exact response to the photos I sent her was, "Wow.....another coat may do it. Sticky because of humidity. I apologize. I've never seen this product do this. I'll be in touch Monday." This response was sent on July 12, 2015. I am still waiting for a resolution. It is now September 8, 2015.

I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company!

We have used this company before. They recommended a stain and color for my porch and deck. They gave me an estimate and I paid for the stain on top of that price. I received a call from the technician who said the job was nearly finished and asked me to bring a check. I left work and paid him, but did not inspect the job before leaving. Upon returning I found that the work was poorly done, and I texted the woman I was in contact with from the beginning and asked them to come out and inspect the work. She asked me to send pictures, so I did. She said that she has never seen paint react that way before and that she would be contacting the paint company itself. The job was finished on July 1st and I have not heard heard from them only intermittently, but no resolution has been offered and lately she has stopped communicating all together. I have attempted contact several times. The job was finished over a month ago and it is still quite sticky and will need to be stripped and redone entirely.

The job that they did was fine. They completed the work and they cleaned up well. However, one of their workers had taken some electronics from our house. My daughter talked to the lady a couple of times about this. The lady said that the employee was part time and she didn’t know where he had gone. She wanted to do a type of claim for my insurance, but I declined. They never tried to resolve the issue. I would never hire them again.

"I have talked to you about this but you didnt call back so I took it that you either found them or it was resolved"

They did a great job. I purchased the paint through them. I specifically wanted a women out for the job. A crew of 3 came out and completed the job in about 5 days. The women who did the painting was a perfectionist. The staff was very thorough and meticulous. They did a great job with the cleanup afterwards and were very accommodating. It took about 1-2 weeks to get them scheduled out for the job. I would consider using the company again in the future.

Overall, it went great! I had used Jennifer for my bedroom several years ago and she did a great job. I called her and left a voice mail which she returned the next day. She said she had a cancellation so she could start the project the upcoming week which was a pleasant surprise. The quality is great and the site was cleaned up nicely afterwards. Her color choices were great as well and I appreciated her going over that with me. The reasons for the 2 B grades were that they were supposed to start Monday, but had some issue with transportation so they started Tuesday. They still met my expectations for having it done in a week. The price was a little high (B grade), but I knew the quality would be good and she would have it done quickly so I didn't even negotiate. All in all it was an A experience and I recommend this provider's services.
However they were supposed to also clean and stain my deck. The owner was supposed to call me to schedule it but she never did.

They were quick to come out to look over the space for an estimate. Jennifer called back the next day because she had a cancellation and said if she could get the work, she would give us a good price. I was not able to commit to having her come out the next day, but after speaking with my husband agreed to have her and her crew come out that Monday. After a hectic weekend of cleaning out our room sooner than we had planned, they arrived just a little later than we had originally agreed. However, they did call earlier to say they were running late.
When they arrived and went to work right away. They seemed to work diligently all day. The door to the bedroom was closed so I did not watch over them every second. On one occasion, I went up to tell them I had to go out for a little while and found one of the painters drinking a beer.
The finished work was fine. The walls were painted pretty well but some of the corners where the walls and tile met had some areas that were not covered well. There was also paint spots on the vinyl floor and carpet. Luckily, I was planning to replace both the vinyl floor and carpet so it wasn't a huge deal. They also painted the vanity and there were paint drips on the inside and along the side of the drawer where the slides are fastened. Also, they did not remove a cold air return grate from the wall to paint behind it. They only painted around it.
Lastly, I was assured that the paint that was used on the vanity was of very good quality and very durable. However, every time I accidentally touch the painted wood with my finger nail, the paint scratches off. I am afraid of what will happen if I have to clean it.
On the positive side, they completed the work in one day instead of two and they did a great job patching some drywall that my husband had tried to fix, but it looked bad.

Great. . Jennifer, Tina, and Dan are fantastic. - and anything required was never a problem.

Tina and Dan are very funny and a joy to be around. And most importantly, they are extremely talented. I was having a hard stop for this project as my mom-in-law was coming to town to stay for a week. No matter what it took, they made sure everything was completed and completed properly.
The pool house walls had to be bleaced because over the years we had a small mold problem. The building elements wood, cabinetry, fridges, et al) had a horrible white paint job...meant to look 'sea worthy' :) but impossible to clean with towels, paper or fabric, sponges,, etc. I knew I didn't want to hang out during a 95 degree humid heatwave and bleach everything but you know they took care of it without one single complaint. And it looks just grogeous now.
My only small problem was the fact they needed a $500 upfront payment. That was not for the paint but to start the job. Now, I understand this as good business practice in many cases, especially if they had gotten burned once or twice by a client yet we were not expecting this and I needed a couple of checks from my hubby and he was leaving on a biz trip. It was all managed though. I don't see a problem with simply requiring a small commit fee rather than having the homeowner surprised by a call the day before the paint job started saying "we normally don't do this but would you mind pre-parying $500 on your job?" We didn't mind at all but what I didn't like was the 'we don't normally do this...." when I looked into other reviews and see they do this fairly often. :-) Just make it a business requirements and then you can stop having to explain yourselves! If anyone has run a small business, cash flow is always an issue and I believe they should have no problem getting agreement on a percentage of the job given on the first day of the job.
Anyway, they were all wonderful and did a reall fantastic job. Nothing was out of the question. It was like having the side of your family that you like, spending the day with you. I would use them again in a nano-second!

I had this company do a small job for me a few weeks ago and was very pleased, so I hired them to paint a condo I purchased. All in all, I hired a professional - but I got an amature job. The job went well till it got to be time to do the trim, baseboards and doors. They obviously underestimated the time to do the job, and then when it became clear a second coat was going to be needed on the trim and doors, they ran out of time.
I agreed to pay an upcharge for the second coat on the trim and doors, but clearly up stairs only one coat was done. When I complained at the end of the project, Jennifer agreed to fix it, but she only fixed a few of the really bad spots instead of doing a quality job and putting a second coat on the base board for the entire room. On a door where the paint didn't cover, she only fixed a few bad spots - not repaint the entire door.
Jennifers quotes clearly state payment in full is due when the job is completed. So I was shocked when she called on day 2 and asked for almost half to be paid in a draw. I agreed to give her $500. On the last day of the job, I stopped by at noon to see how far they were. I told the crew that I had errands to run and would be back between 4 & 5pm to do a walk thru and pay Jennifer. At 3pm I git a text message stating 'we are done and ready to go. Where are you?' Then I received a phone call. I stopped what I was doing and came back to the condo (it took me an hour). When I walked around I saw that they were clearly not done. I called Jennifer and told her about them. She met me at the condo and I walked her around. She agreed to come back that evening and saturday to complete the job. She asked for payment on the job. I agreed to give her 2/3 of the balance due.
I had to call her back a second time on sunday, when there were several area that were still missed. She argued with me on the phone and said they usually didn't do those things. I reminded her that these were items we discussed at the beginning. She came back to complete the items, but did a poor job of fixing the areas that were missed.
I won't be hiring this company again.
She came out to give me an estimate, and select colors. She had the paint delivered to my house. Her crew came when expected and were very courteous about protecting my floors and carpets and such. They were very receptive to my requests and did a very nice job and cleaned up after themselves. I later had them come out to do another job a few weeks later and were just great the 2nd time around.
This project went off without a hitch with the exception of us changing our mind on the color after work began. Jennifer took care of arranging paint delivery which could have delayed the project. The crew was punctual and extremely polite. It was a delight to have them work this project. They offered sound suggestions and delivered beyond expectations. We are more than satisfied with the work performed.
The three person paint crew arrived on time, worked steadily, had reasonable breaks and a lunch break. Each person had their job, repair; cut around windows, etc. Painted walls with rollers. The 1 1/2 day job was beautifully completed in one day and they cleaned up 40 minutes early.

Jennifer worked endlessly to make the project fit into our allocated budget for the work done. She was willing to do whatever she had to do to win our business and did an amazing job with her customer service before the project. Her crew was extremely professional and on time every day they were to arrive. They did an outstanding job with the painting and trim work and my expectations were surpassed on every level. Jennifer made sure to contact me after the fact and make sure everything was "perfect" and that I was happy with the job. She is now the only person I will ever hire to do such work in the future based on her exceptional customer service and honesty.

The painters were excellent. They filled numerous holes and sanded before painting. There was no mess and the job went quickly. The caulked the trim before painting which made it look much better. Everything looked professionally done.

I liked that she was prompt. She contacted me that night after I contacted her. She started the work within a week and a half after contacting her. That was great for me. I would use them in the future.

I called and immediately spoke with Jennifer, the owner to request a quote. She was in the area, so she stopped by that day and provided a quote. Service was performed by several of her workers a little over one week after the quote and final work was determined. The job was completed in two days. The first day the wall paper was removed, and the second day the primer and paint was finished. We had picked out the colors at The Home Depot. Jennifer offered to have the colors matched and to order the paint from Sherwin Williams, which would be delivered on the day of the job. We accepted having the paint be provided by Sherman Williams, and it was delivered as scheduled. The cost of the paint and primer was $275, which was separate from the quote and cost of the work of the painting and wallpaper stripping. The cost of the paint was higher than Behr brand at Home Depot, but the color turned out looking nice and good quality. There were a couple of small missed spots such as minor specks under the trim of the bathroom and a bit of bleed over onto the paint in the room next to the kitchen, but overall the quality of the painting was very good. There was no paint on the cabinets or ceiling, so the edging was done well.

The overall work was satisfactory. She struggled to finish off the work on time. She didn’t want anything on writing because she didn’t want to loose the contract. She also coordinated with me in carpeting and they needed some more people to do the carpeting and they all rushed and she did finish the work on time. She worked very hard to complete the job on time and she stood by her words. She was knowledgeable in what she does. She fixed some old things and did some touch ups in things that didn’t look so good. She did painting for the whole ceiling and there were some patches and she fixed it up. She was very thorough in her work. Her quality of work was excellent. She was very professional. I would use her in the future if needed.

Godd experience - the painters arrived promptly and did a great job with the prep work and painting. Worked very efficiently and quietly and finished ahead of schedule - estimated 3 days and finished up in 2. Also cleaned up completely afterward..
