Tycos General Contracting

They're job was absolutely perfect. They were able to do the job in one day. They started around 8 in the morning and they finished by 5 in the afternoon. They did not stop until they finished the job.

Remove replace tile roof, reusing existing tile. Price was significantly lower than other contractors $30K vs $50K. Work quality reflect low price. Communication very poor (had to call them repeatedly to get any info), took very long time (4months) which was not necessarily a problem. clean up poor (still finding nails/screws). squirrels still getting in attic. Gutters installed without leveling so water is ponding, not draining. Workers very pleasant but management non existent. Got cheap which is what I paid for. Hindsight, should have paid more to get better quality

Tycos was extremely professional.  They replaced my roof without issue.  The crew was polite and courteous.  They were amazing when it  came time for clean up.  I plan on using them in the future for other household remodel jobs and would highly recommend them to others <br>

I purchased a deal through Angie's List that was for $79 for Roof, Siding, and Gutter Maintenance. The provider came out and stated that they did the work. Afterwards, I went up on the roof and noticed that there were many holes and nails that had not be sealed or corrected. I had an electrician come out that needed to do work on the roof. I went and purchased the necessary supplies to seal the roof and the electrician completed the work that Tycos should have done.

I called Tycos and spoke with Clayton.  He was very friendly and accommodating while scheduling a time for Steve to come out and go over (in great detail) the scope of my project and all of the options available to me.  I told him my timeline was to have this project done before Easter because I was hosting my entire family at my new house.  They assured me that this would be no problem for them.  When I spoke with Sean, the production manager, he was very professional and got me scheduled in a timely fashion.  <br /> I was surprised by the fact that the work started the following week and the job was completed in only 3 days! They took such care as to not disrupt the rest of my yard.  I was worried that my plants would be effected but my yard honestly looked better when they finished than before they came.  They worked cleanly and left my yard immaculate. All of the men who worked on our deck were friendly and happily waved at my 2 small boys who loved watching them build.  <br /> The deck is beautiful and far exceeds my expectations.  <br /> I would definitely recommend Tycos for any type of decking project.  My husband is already planning on having them come out to do an addition on our home.  Tycos really does it all!! <br /> Thank you, Tycos for helping us host our first holiday in our new home! <br />

My flat porch roof was leaking and I was looking for a roofing co. to do the job. An acquaintance of mine suggested Tycos and I <em>made an appointment for an estimate to repair the damage. I was satisfied with the estimate and the crew, as promised, showed up 2 days later and again, as promised, completed the job within one day. I am completely satisfied with the job and have to commend the crew on the great job they did cleaning up afterwards.I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends and will call on them for future work. We just had our roof done by Tycos and couldn't be more pleased. They exceeded our expectations. They were so nice, on time, everything was cleaned up and put back. They went above and beyond. After hearing roofing nightmares from friends and being frustrated with other roofers we met with.  So many seemed to just want to take advantage of insurance money and seemed so sleezy - we were so frustrated.  We did not have that experience with Tycos.  They gave us an honest estimate and Tycos knocked it out of the park and the price was GREAT!!!! I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. I will also call them for future work. It is so great to find an A1 company to work with that we feel like we can trust and they show up when they say they are going to!!! <br /> <br />

They were great!   They removed my old roof and put a new roof on my house.  When we later discovered one issue after the snow cleared, they came right over and fixed it 100%. <br />

When I was searching for a roofer my neighbor told me about Tycos, and gave me their card/info. I called and was promptly greeted very professionally by Clayton, he then set up a time for Shawn (Sean) to come out and take measurements and go over product details.  <br /> Sean was on time, and very detailed. I felt very comfortable with him, and thought based on everything we discussed this project was going to cost a ton, but i was so happy to find out that the price was what i thought more then fair. <br /> The morning of install they guys and crew leader Sergio were amazing. They took the time to put tarps around my bushes, and flowers, and also did a great job cleaning up along the way.  <br /> The roof I got looks amazing. I pick a GAF 50 year roofing system, and I love the color which I picked is called Hickory, it made my house look so much better.  <br /> I would call, recomend, and refer Tycos 10 out of 10 times. <br />
