Tyndall reported a full HVAC replacement was needed, costing thousands. I had two other vendors re-check. Both alternate reported that coolant recharge was needed. Changed the coolant and system has been working without issue for over a month. Tyndall then billed me $75 for a at best incorrect check/diagnosis, a price that is not all that far off from a full maintenance servicing. When asked for basic information like HVAC system model and serial number Tyndall became defensive, highly unprofessional, and reactive, indicating to me that Tyndall often gets pushback from their unfortunate customers.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] is landlord for a few low income apartments in Antioch. He asked us to diagnose four of his apartments to appeased his tenants. We performed our through diagnostic reports for each systems. One of the apartments, had a condenser that was tripping the breaker after continuous use. The pressures of the AC condenser were marginal but did not show signs of low freon. We noticed Mr. [Member Name Removed] the best option for this apartment was a new condenser and evaporator coil. A new evaporator coil as well because this was an R-22 AC system. Another apartment, we told him that there was ductwork problems in the attic, but because the attic was sealed off, he would need to get a carpenter to made cut an attic access. Mr. [Member Name Removed] wanted zero or cheap repair reports, and he did through another contractor. We do not hard sell our repair reports, but they are accurate and honest. We hope those tenants are happy with the temporary repairs."

These guys are AMAZING! They replaced a furnace and overall I was VERY <br /> IMPRESSED. Their prices were great, their service was 10/10 and overall <br /> very professional and trustworthy. I rarely review, but I feel good <br /> about recommending them because I know you will be in great hands. <br />

Vendor was responsive in scheduling visit. However, they did not show up until about a couple of hours beyond a 2 hour window so ended up waiting for several hours with my tenant. Was told coupon could not be used because there was malfunction in AC (ended up using coupon at another rental). Did not fix problem but quoted replacement unit that turned out to be quite high. Another vendor eventually addressed the issue by cleaning the unit. <br />

To begin, they gave me a reasonable price! And the work they did was incredible. They went 'above and beyond' anything <br /> I could have expected. The products they use are high quality, the work wonderful and professional, and they were punctual and <br /> tidy. They also gave me some very good recommendations. it was awesome, he came out after I got off work which was nice, because most places work 8 to 5 and those are my work hours so its hard to get someone out to do a repair. he was very nice and fixed it super quick. <br />

Peter did a great job installing two new furnaces at our house. Install took a little longer than expected due to venting issues that were beyond his control. Overall - he was in constant communication throughout the job and his crew was very professional. <br />

My air condioner coils were freezing up and there was water around the unit near the drain line. Tech checked everythign and stated that there are no problems and that the drain line probably needs to be cleaned out. He spent about 90 minutes but didn't actually service or repair anything so I expect I will still have the coils freezing up and the water leak. Nice to know the unit is up to pressure and all, but it would have been nice to have him address the issues.

There were three companies from whom we got bids and they were the best as far as the price went. They were very responsive and very friendly. They did a good job. They had the ability to approve credit on occasions.

I spent about $4,000 on the work. My overall experience with them was good. There is this one room that still feels like it just gets a lot less air than all the other rooms. I called before and they came out and looked at it and put a crimp in the duct to make it slow and it did not really work and I haven?t called him back because I have been super busy. They came in and did the work very promptly and did it as promised and said that they were going to remove in one day and replace everything the next day. It was all done and it was very clean and tidy. They always return my calls and that part went really well.
