The owner, Tyrone, arrived right on time! He has a fantastic attitude and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. I was worried about cost, but he provided me financing options. He definitely helps home owners feel at ease and updated on all of the details of the process.

I called Tyrone A/C and Heating on an emergency call during the ALWAYS hot Texas summer. He arrived promptly during weekend hours after five p.m. CT. The unit was leaking into my neighbor's apartment on the first floor. He was able to clear the drain line within twenty minutes. His fast arrival and quick service saved me a costly repair for me and my downstairs neighbor. Thank you Tyrone!

<p>We met with several different AC companies to diagnose issues with our sickly AC. Most wanted to sell us a new system for $4800 but Tyrone let us know we could do a few minor repairs that would extend the life of our system. This gives us time to prepare for the inevitable, full replacement. I appreciate their honesty! </p> <br />

He charged $90 for labor and $65 for parts plus tax. It came up to $160.32. He was good. He knew his work. When he was here I discovered I was having problems with another air conditioner in a separate part of the house. I just panicked and I told him about it. He told he will go and look at it and he did. It turned out that the batteries in the thermostat of the other air conditioner had died. The thermostat has batteries. So all I did was change the batteries. He put the thermostat back on and it started working. There wasn't a problem in the air conditioner but it was the thermostat. He didn't charge me anything for that. He looked at it without it being on his call paper to look. I really thought it was very nice of him to do that. So I was very happy with him. I think the price was reasonable. It doesn't matter who I call to whatever my problem is, they all charge $90 to make the trip over here and take a look. To me that's a little high but that's what everybody charges. He figured out what the problem was and replaced it. Luckily he had the parts with him so there wasn't any waiting. His responsiveness was very good. We made an appointment, they gave me a date and he arrived on time. He arrived at a good hour. He was very good. He was thinking more of getting the job done and he was being very professional about it. He wasn't picky about whether he should do it or not since he wasn't called to fix that problem. He was pretty professional in both the problems that he solved for me.
