"Great Greetings, At Ty’s Spectacular Cleaning, we thrive on quality & professionalism. Every interaction I had with [Member Name Removed] has been very genuine, professional, and positive. My company does NOT condone in unprofessional business nor do we conduct unethical behavior such as “Scamming”. We proudly cleaned every detail [Member Name Removed] highlighted in this review . would like to acknowledge we throughly moped, dusted, and vacuumed [Member Name Removed]’s home. Which included the front coat closet, her living room, utility room, bedroom(s),and dining area . We meticulously cleaned the floor corners and edges of area rugs. We diligently cleaned her ceiling fan, As well as the kitchen window sill and hallway mirror frame. In addition to what [Member Name Removed] contracted our company for, we provided [Member Name Removed] with a deep cleaning. We also cleaned an additional bedroom. I would also like to point out that there was pet feces that was littered throughout [Member Name Removed]’s home . Cleaning pet feces was not apart or the initial quote . In addition, there were several rooms that were cluttered with heavy items and personal belongings that were not moveable, making it impossible to touch some areas. (as we acknowledge we don’t not move heavy items over 50 pounds) such bed frames and other large pieces of furniture which were all present during the deep clean. These items aren’t moved as part of the clean . Also, I would like to point out that [Member Name Removed]’s kitchen counter was cluttered with many household items that one doesn’t typical keep in kitchen such as tools, personal razors ,thermometers, and dirty masks, just to name a few, again these were items that one doesn’t expect to find in the kitchen. However, we risked our own safety by removing some of these items , which were also not apart of the original quote . Additionally [Member Name Removed] underpay us for the job & promised to send additionally money within a few days however rather than payment, [Member Name Removed] chose to write a negative review without attempting to contact me to discuss any issue that she had with her clean. I stand by my company stellar reputation. We performed a through and complete clean & I’m proud of the work we were able to accomplish."
