UBA service was outstanding they took their time on the roof, repaired some cracked tile's The tiles look new. Cleaned the pool deck and driveway along with power washing the house. The two guys were very accommodating and moved and replaced furniture and items as they worked. Great job.

Consumer beware! Update:02/15/2023 UBA is dishonest and caused damage to my property. Falsely claims they use Eco-pet friendly cleaning products; they use bleach and they are incompetent. Having no knowledge in mixing this harsh chemical, they got bleach on my collectible car. Only had one tank and no second rinse tank. When they and left a trail of white bleach down my block, was so harsh it was killing frogs and lizards. Took pictures of damages and the trail of bleach left everywhere. Josh Yoder (owner) lied and said that they were going to refund my $355 dollars, which they charged me for being at my home for only 36 minutes. I reached out, still waiting for my refund as promised, no end in sight!!!!! Incompetent.

"Vita. We were not able to reach you. The only receipt I got, was $24 from Tommy s car wash. Also, the garage door was closed the entire time. After us leaving, the garage door was opened and dripped hard water onto the car. Your son reached out to us. And he apologized for the situation. He then stopped by and I gave him the full job refund in cash. Being, we were told your card was canceled, and checks were not allowed. I am more than willing to write you a check on addition to the cash that I gave. Eco-friendly is an option we offer, along with other options. Eco friendly is effective, if the homes exterior is not full of mold and fungus."
