Udderly Gutters

My experience with sales was very good as well as the quality of the gutters and installation. My only negative was that the installers wanted to route the drainage on the surface instead of tying the down spouts into the ground system like my older gutters as agreed with sales. I had to physically dig at the base of the old down spouts to expose the drainage piping system and suggest how they could tie into it to the installers and convince them that it was doable.

We hired them to remove some ice dams from our roof. Based their quote, they said the job would take one hour and cost $1,000. In fact, the job took eight hours and they charged $1,500 / hour. The ice dams were gone, but they totally blew our budget. Needless to say, we don't plan to hire them again.

VERY pleased with gutter repair! Chase was very thorough in assessing problem and explaining needed repair. I was especially pleased that all supplies were on hand so he could complete job immediately.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Nick Newsome to discuss our gutter project, and although we ultimately decided not to move forward with the job, I was very impressed with Nick throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a great, at-length conversation, and he never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about our decision. It’s not often that you come across someone who is genuinely enjoyable to work with, especially in a sales role. Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and was very thorough in explaining everything. While we didn’t end up choosing his company for the project, meeting Nick was absolutely a pleasure, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He is a great representative of the company!

They are masters. Please don't take it for granted. I had gutter work done on two other properties in NY, and it wasn't nearly the same quality of work that Aho did. They are the best.
