We offer exterior home services including but not limited to Pressure Washing , Soft Washing , Landscaping, Planting , Seeding, Fertilizing , Mulching and pine straw. If your needs are not listed, ask us, there is a good chance we can do it too. Ulti is a licensed and registered LLC and we are looking for new clients. With over 15 years in the business we are dedicated to taking care of your home the way we take care of ours! Ulti LLC is family owned and operated right out of Lancaster SC.

Chris did an amazing job! The yard looks great! When he pressure washed, he took his time and made everything look almost new again! His prices are also very reasonable. He’s also an honest and hard working guy. I’ve told several friends about his business.
