Rick and his team were great to work with, we highly recommend them. Rick and his team completed our basement, which was a raw/unfinished space, on budget and within the expected time frame. Rick handled the entire process from design, sourcing materials, town permits, etc. We'll definitely be using UHS again for our home projects.

All went very well. We were happy they kept to schedule and work was performed in a reasonable time and always kept the space clean afterwards. Extremely happy with the final results!

I chose Ultimate Home Services from 4 Bids I received from Angie's List Contractors. Rick's bid was in the middle range of the 4. I chose him because of his experience and knowledge. He is a clear and consistent communicator and was fair and flexible throughout the process. He provides a very professional proposal and extends his Contractor discount to help keep costs down. The lead Craftsman on the project was Johnny. Johnny is very talented and a tireless worker who was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with how the bathroom turned out and will hire Rick for future projects.

We love our new bathroom! Rick was very professional, provided a detailed, itemized bid at a fair price. Good follow up and communication throughout the project. Rick made the process easier by offering to pick up materials that I purchased in-store such as tile, etc at no extra charge to save money and time by not shipping. His main workman Johnny was fantastic! The attention to detail with the somewhat challenging marble tile we selected was excellent and he always cleaned up neat as a pin at the end of the day. Overall a great experience!

Work was completed within the expected timeline. A few additional tasks that emerged as the main project was unfolding were handled and priced within the agreed range. While not the lowest cost contractor in the area, Rick and Johnny were knowledgeable, responsive, and problem solvers

The whole process was wonderful! I was very pleased with the price, and the outcome was beautiful! I am more than happy. The contractor understood my ideas, and was able to fulfill all those ideas. We had a 30-year old Kohler whirlpool bathtub in our master bathroom with a leak that wouldn't stop and messed up the ceiling in our kitchen. Our plumber informed us that, because of the age of the tub, parts were unavailable. We wound up having to remove the tub, but doing so required that we would have to remove the tile around the tub, remove the floor tile, etc. In short, we had to gut the whole bathroom. We had used Ultimate Home Services, owned by Rick Weber, for several prior projects, but for the sake of due diligence we got other estimates as well. Rick came in the middle, but we were not really comfortable with the company with the lowest estimate. We had such good results in the past that we decided to go with Rick. In reality, we knew from the start that we would use Rick. He used primarily one worker for this job, who was excellent. He used other workers on prior jobs. They completely gutted the bathroom. He had previously formed a working relationship with our plumber, who suggested some major changes in the configuration of the plumbing. They worked closely together, and it turned out great. They were able to open up a shower area that had been enclosed except for a door into a glassed-in area with a much more open feeling. The bathroom has new sheetrock and cement-board, as appropriate, new tile, paint and fixtures. The ceiling in the kitchen was repaired. We are extremely pleased with the way it all turned out. In prior years, Rick renovated a powder room and a laundry room for us, and completely renovated our basement. We have always been pleased with his work and the results. He is always on top of the job and responds quickly to questions and suggestions. He supervises the work closely but is still respectful to his workers. On all the jobs he has done for us, we have raised questions about possible choices we may have, and Rick has always given good guidance. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

We had Ultimate Home Services do our bathroom a couple years ago so we hired them again to re-do our kitchen. At first we thought their cost was high but after comparing a few estimates (they were in the middle) we decided to go with them because we had used them before. Anyway, everything came out as we had planned. Mr Weber helped us go over all the necessary supplied items and arranged to get them here ahead of the start date.

Rick and his crew did a wonderful job remodeling our master bathroom. The project was completed in the time frame we discussed and there were no surprise costs. I am currently selling the home and have received very positive feedback from prospective buyers specifically mentioning how beautiful the master bathroom is.

Great. The team was punctual, neat and all the little issues were resolved as they arose. They use a pre-start checklist to make sure you get all the fixtures, tile, etc. And they even pick up the tile for you and deliver it.

One of the reasons I hired Rick was right from the start, he was in brainstorm mode, looking for a way to give us what we wanted rather than the other way around. Home renovations aren't always the most fun experiences to live through, but at every step of the way, Rick and his crew were pleasant to work with. And once they completed the job, the work they did exceeded our expectations.

Excellent. Complete gutting and renovation of basement. Old wood paneling and acoustical tile ceiling removed. New metal studs installed on walls to prevent mold. Installed mold and water resistant drywall. New LED high hats in ceiling, new doors and closets, completely painted. Looks great. Whenever we discussed special concerns or ideas, Rick Weber "gets it" and comes up with good solutions. Very pleased overall.

Rick and his team renovated our main floor bathroom and laundry room and created a perfect space beyond our expectations. The bathroom was completely gutted and along the way we discovered unexpected issues such as leaking toilet pipes, rotted sub-floors, rotted wood behind the walls, etc. We were very surprised to find these hazards but luckily Rick guided us through each obstacle and made sure to fix each problem the right way. Special thanks to Johnny as well as he did exceptional work throughout the house. Rick and his team also painted our 2nd floor bathrooms, installed exhaust fans with roof vents, replaced a shower door and changed attic insulation. The prices were fair and reasonable and the work was excellent. We are very happy with the results and would gladly contact him for projects in the future!
