Went well and quick

This handyman quoted a price and asked for more money after stating he was done. Upon inspection he didn’t see there where parts he positioned to look completed weren’t actually screwed or bolted down, which could have been a safety concern. Handyman committed to return to finish but never did. Very unfortunate.

Terrible - hours late showing up or not showing up at all and not even polite enough to notify us. His skill may be ok but completely unreliable. He'll waste your time waiting for him if he even bothers to arrive.

When I called the provider, he said he would come to fix my sliding door and also remove the carpet in my living room. He was supposed to refresh my rock garden, power wash the bricks in front of my house, and paint my window trim. He fixed the sliding door by spraying WD-40 on the wheels, it worked for a few days now my sliding door is back into the condition it was prior to being fixed. He did remove the carpet from my living room and refreshed my rock garden poorly. He never got to painting my window trim, or power washing my bricks. He came late. He only worked for half a day and promised to finish the work the next day. The next day he never showed up I called and called him. He promised that he would be there, but it kept getting later and later in the day. He told me he had to take his kids to the air and water show and that once he dropped them off, he will come by my house to finish the work . He never showed up and never responded to my phone calls. The day I paid him $500 he said that he needed the money because his partner who assisted him in working on my project was in the car accident and needed some money. The total price of the job was $800. I gave him $500. He said he would come the next day and complete the work. He never showed up or called back.

The window replacement was very challenging - rotten surfaces, on the 2nd story, and extensive work. Jorge worked tirelessly for 8 hours the 1st day to install the window properly. Redid a portion - as he has excellent standards of service and quality. He returned the 2nd day to complete the exterior work. The quality is excellent - he was timely and professional - was extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend Handyman Services for any home repair needed.

They quoted me a total of $150-$75 per crack. They arrived and filled FOUR cracks -they did two without asking me first-and charged me $300. I was nice about it and paid. The walls were wet when they left so the cracks looked filled. A few hours later, it was clear that the cracks remained. They look just as deep as before. I contacted the guy and he assured me he would be back the next day at 9. The next day came and he kept moving the time back. Finally-near end of day he told me he wouldnt be coming out and how sorry he was. Then he refused to answer any further texts. The next day, he told me he would be at my home at 9. he never showed. AGAIN. He cashed my $300 check immediately of course. he now refuses to contact me.

Went very poor I have lost three ceilings in my house because it was never sealed in the correct way there is a lot of things wrong with their work they said they came out fixed and never did my overhangs are not straight the drip edge is not even installed correctly started job with out giving me a price and I had to pay every day when they was done I was not gone when work was getting done they sent pics and in pics things look good till u see in person every weekend When I would go home I would find things wrong with it but I asked him to fix it and he said he would and I never got fixed there’s OSB board they got covered up on the roof that is on top of each other when it rains it pours in my house the roof was never flashed in the valley was never laid correctly and he wants to blame it all on me because I didn’t have blueprints I said if he could not have done the job he should not have taken it he redid things 4 times and every time he redid it I had to pay now I have to hire someone else to come fix what he messed up before I can have someone come shingle my roof I paid him I could have had an actual contractor do it cheaper
