Great experience. We got bids from many pool builders. We chose JT Ultimate Pools as they seemed experienced, knowledgeable, and fair priced. Can't say enough good things about Terry and his team and how well they did on our pool build.. Would definitely recommend.

It went pretty good. They checked on the ring and put some stuff in there to help prime it up with silicon jell and everything. They were really good and very thorough. We had an issue and we're gonna have them back them back but it was not anything they did. They are the third company we've hired. The first one came out to changed the motor and we're having further issues down the line. They did a very good job. They did what they said they were going to.

It went very well. It started a little rocky. They went to the wrong house and they apologized about that. They rescheduled me for the following week. There was a little glitch there but it was no big deal. They gave me a little discount.
