They did the work, replaced the top three chimney blocks, took the aluminum gutters and hid the plastic ones under my deck behind things, left the gutter nails all over my back roof, and in the yard, front two gutters were not installed, the right top roof gutter is hi at both ends by drain pipes, the center holds water, and the front porch gutter was installed on top of drip, e.g., from the roof, water runs down behind the guter on the front porch ( hit me up for an extra 150 for a chimney cap, which should have been included with the chimney work)

They were very knowledgeable, professional and finished the job at a timely matter.

Excellent company. Arrived at work on time with all required tools and material for the job. Demonstrated pride in workmanship taking care of all details. Cleaned work area before leaving each day. The workers and management provide open lines of communication to resolve issue that arise during the job. My house is old and the roof presented some unique problems, The company put in extra effort to solve these issues and finished the job. I recommend Ultimate Pro construction for any roofing needs.

From the point of first contact to completion. They were very prompt all of the way through the process. I would have no issue suggesting them for your roofing needs. We still cannot believe how much noise from the rain was knocked down after the install. We sleep right on through it now. . Everyone was kind, honest and respectful from quote to crew.

This is the second time iâ m using Ultimate Pro and I could not be happier. They are fair and honest. I wanted to get my house re-roofed before winter and I am glad I went with their company. I saw Ultimate Pro doing a roof on my neighbors yard. I was beyond blown away by the way they worked. They got their early in the morning and finished that day. So I decided to hire them. They came to my house and got straight to the job. Very affordable and friendly people . Worked hard and fast on my roof and I knew what I was expecting hiring this amazing company. God bless.

Got off to a slow start from the time we got okâ d for the financing, but once I called to ask when they plan on starting the project they couldnâ t have been more apologetic. Within a day or two the project manager came out to assess what was actually needed and the work began a couple days later. I am so grateful to not have a leaking roof anymore. The customer service and communication with this company is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I did have to call about the debris and some supplies that were left and they sent someone out that same day to clean up. To me thatâ s outstanding customer service!

There was a leak coming from my skylights, ultimate pro came and installed brand new skylights along with brand new shingles around the skylight. There professionalism is on another level, it blew me away. Ultimate Pro took their time sitting down with me explaining everything we need to do and the best solution while providing other options. Ultimate Pro came to my house to inspect my gutter situation because I was experiencing leaks, they noticed it was coming from my fascia board so they redid my gutters and installed new fascia board with aluminum over it. I called to get an inspection because of a water leak in my ceiling. Alex came the very next day, right on time. He went up onto the roof and up in the attic to inspect and take photos of what he witnessed. Alex explained that there was apparent hail damage to the entire roof. He suggested that I reach out to my insurance company, Amica, to file a claim. I did so using the photos Alex had forwarded to me, and I provided Alexâ s estimate. With absolutely no on-site inspection by an adjuster, the claim was 100% authorized with just what Alex had provided me. The total time it took from assessment to claim acceptance was four business days. Alexâ s' crew came out about a week later and completed the job in one day. He provided me with several photos of work at different stages. Souther's applied extremely high-quality roofing materials expertly, and the roof looks great. I have a fifty-year warranty to boot! Alex was very knowledgeable and explained things so even I could understand them. Alex ensured the roof installation was performed correctly and above code. They also left the yard as clean as could be. Ultimate Pro is a very reputable company that does what they say they will, but only better. Alex and Ultimate Pro are both an asset to their company. I highly recommend Ultimate Pro !

Just had a new roof put on, it looks great. What can I say? Ultimate Pro is great to work with and the technicians do quality work. Uses quality shingles-variety of colors-and also replaced some plywood that needed to go. I am very happy, guys worked extremely hard and cleaned up everything. My grade? A+ A definite recommend~

Ultimate Pro responded quickly to my request for a quote. He arrived promptly and gave a very fair price to clean my gutters. He arrived promptly on the appointed day and did a great job. He cleaned out the gutters, hosed them down and made sure they were draining correctly. He also cleaned up any leaves that had fallen to the ground. I was very happy with the work he did. I would use him again in the future.

Due to the heavy rains, my gutters needed a huge repair. These guys came out ASAP, and were very helpful toward my situation. Im sure they were busy but they still made time for me. I appreciate Ultimate Pro Construction, and would highly recommend them to anyone! Great company overall!

They are well mannered courteous gentlemen. I heard NO profanity for the whole time they worked and at anytime speaking with me. There was no drinking or playing around. All they seemed concerned with was to GET THE JOB DONE,do it right but get it done. The estimate and contract was well executed. And I like where he is spending his money.That truck he has is a fine piece of equiptment. He looks ready for anything.
