Dishonest sales tactics and failed service! I had a terrible experience with this company. Adam used fear tactics to sell me a $3,400 package, promising an"impenetrable" rodent exclusion service including pheromone bombing and glass-hard sealant. Instead, he filled a few gaps with globs of a gummy substance that mice can easily chew through and missed the primary "freeway" entry point into my kitchen. I eventually caught him in a lie when he claimed to have checked behind a dishwasher that is impossible to move without tools. It?s clear they use fear to justify an astronomical price tag for amateur work. I?m grateful for the refund, but the dishonesty makes it impossible to recommend them.
