James and his crew went above and beyond with accessing my front picture window situation. While other companies were pushing for a complete new picture window - James and his team rebuilt the sill, replaced the gutter and repaired the box under the window including all new framing. 100% satisfied with the quality of the work, the workmanship is outstanding and they left the property with zero debris. I will use them again for ANY of my window/siding/doors and anything else they are willng to tackle. Thank You Ultimate Remodelers Inc.

I hired Ultimate Remodelers because our previous homeowners had contracted them to install the front window of our townhouse. We wanted to replace our remaining windows with the same product series and at the same quality. UR were quick to respond and came to my home for an estimate within a few days. Their quote was very reasonable and met our needs perfectly. They were also very patient when working with our HOA who were one day late in approving their proposal. UR courteously honored the original estimate to avoid wasting more time. It took about a month for the custom windows to be available after our first payment. They were strategic in applying for a city permit as it was closing in on the end of the year and to avoid us having to pay the permit fee twice, they submitted in the new year. As soon as the permit was approved, we scheduled the install within the week. 3 contractors came and took almost exactly 4 hours to install 3 first-floor windows, 3 basement block windows, and clean up. When the city inspector failed our inspection because "no one was home" despite me taking the day off of work to be there (and having heard no attempt to knock) Heather of UR took the extra initiative to contact the city and allow me to submit photos of the installations that were then approved. Apparently that exact situation had already happened more than once THAT WEEK. Anyway, the only problem we had was that the depth of one of our basement block windows wasn't fully accounted for, so while we can crack the vent, it doesn't fully open which was disappointing (because it's our cat's favorite perch). Mike, our salesman came to our house to talk over potential solutions and we ultimately decided to take a small but fair rebate. However, the rest of the windows look and work beautifully and we're excited to save some money on heating costs next winter and hopefully increase the value of our home. Overall, I would highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers if you're looking to get your windows replaced for a very fair price!

Ultimate Remodelers did an outstanding job installing our new sliding patio door. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean throughout the project. The new door glides smoothly, seals tightly, and looks fantastic. Their communication was clear from start to finish, and the workmanship is top‑tier. I highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers for anyone looking for quality, reliability, and a stress‑free experience.

Ultimate Remodelers Inc. Most recently furnished and installed Anderson wood windows series 400.
The installers did an excellent job, worked neatly and accommodated our special request when capping our windows in the porch.
We would most definitely use their service again. Very pleased with the product and install.

I hired Ultimate Remodelers because they had previously installed the front window of our townhouse. UR were quick to respond and their quote was very reasonable. We recently needed to replace our sliding patio door with specific requirements from our HOA. When we called and requested an estimate, our call was returned promptly by James and an onsite inspection was completed within a few days. His estimate beat all others, was accepted and installation scheduled within a few weeks. On installation, day, the crew of 2 arrived promptly on time completing the removal of the old door and install of the new one as quietly as possible and much quicker than we had imagined without leaving a trace of their work. A job extremely well done. Will work with this company again as the need arises.

Phil was excellent. He was professional and kind. He did a stellar job with the repair and went above and beyond to clean out the gutter while he was up there. It speaks volume to the dedication and caring he has for his work and professionalism. Amazing, you don't see that anymore. Mike was also great. He came to scope out the job and make sure things were going well. He even took additional time to look in the attic and assess the roof, giving not only his honest opinion, but also educating me in the process. 11/10 on everything! Professionalism, quality of work, customer service, pricing. You all rocked it!

We recently had our windows replaced by Ultimate Remodelers, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, they were communicative, kind, and professional. Their pricing was fair, and they truly cared about making sure we got the best solution for our home. Our old windows were drafty, and our gas bill was through the roof—this project was long overdue and the Ultimate team made the experience straightforward and enjoyable! Now, our home feels so much more comfortable, and we’re already noticing a difference in heat retention and noise levels. The installation team was efficient and respectful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free (which was mind-blowing as we had an anxious dog and 2 cats to handle). If you’re looking for a reliable company that does high-quality work with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers! I’m looking forward to our next home project so that we can work with them again.

Highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers. I had a small hodge-podge of work needing to be done that consisted of 4 new windows (existing ones were original to the 1940's house and rotting) and then having all the fascia around the house capped with aluminum (and replacing any rotting boards). I was having trouble finding a company to do the windows and the fascia together even though the one set of old windows were in a dormer with the fascia rotting out (and needing to be replaced with the windows) -- but Ultimate Remodelers took care of it all and for a reasonable price. Also appreciated them following up after the work was done to make sure we were 100% happy.

I needed Ultimate Remodelers to match existing windows and siding. I also wanted them to do new interior framing in wood. They came several times to match siding, window colors, and stain colors with samples. When the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves, washed the windows, showed us how to use them, and did a great job on the trim. I could not be more pleased.

Everything went extremely well. The team was very efficient and highly skilled. They took care that everything was covered while they were working and cleaned up when they were finished. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and appreciated their professionalism from working with the sales representative, front office and the team of Installers.

Ultimate Remodelers Inc. was a pleasure to work with! They came out quickly, offered a competitive quote and completed a high-quality job in a short time frame. I could not be happier and will continue to work with them again in the future! They installed a new window as part of my kitchen remodel and installed new siding to accommodate the new window size.

James and team did a great job fixing our roof. High winds and storms during spring caused a section of our shingles to fly off. James was very responsive from the beginning and worked with our insurance company to get an estimate approved that was almost double what insurance originally quoted. They did a thorough job both leading up to, during and after the repair. I chose them based on their high reviews across multiple websites, and now I can see why. Our roof looks great and I highly recommend James and Ultimate Remodelers for roofing work.

They also put on new decking--it was hard work and 12 hour days and they did it all with care and expertise. Very happy with them and would gladly have them back for other work once the summer comes again.
