I recently used Ultimate Remodel LLC and hired Tunc and his team to renovate two of my bathrooms, repair water damage in my ceiling, and install a backsplash in my kitchen. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their quality of performance was superb. Our overall experience and completed renovation were outstanding. As a point of reference, I have contracted out many home renovation projects for other homes, and Ultimate Remodel LLC ranks among the best. To begin the process, they supported our efforts and gave great advice when we picked out our appliances, tile, accents, etc.; we ordered some of the items ourselves and Tunc's team ordered the rest. Once everything arrived at the house, the renovations began. ALL of the work mentioned above took just over a month to complete, which is the most efficient renovation I have ever had completed. Naturally there were some miscommunications, changes, errors, etc during the process (it happens with EVERY renovation project), but how Tunc and his team responded to those is what sets them apart. They were honest, transparent, quick to remediate any issues, and then ensured I was good with decisions/changes before closing out the issue or leaving my house at the end of the day. Their quick and thorough response to any changes kept the project on schedule. Additionally, they were very respectful of my home, ensuring my belongings and furniture were moved as needed, covered, and then placed back and cleaned once they were finished. All of the work was done very well, with great attention to detail. We love our new bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a home renovation at a very realistic and reasonable cost.

We interviewed 17 different bathroom remodelers before we settled on Ultimate. They weren’t the highest estimate, but they weren’t the lowest either. But the sales pitch given to us by the owner made us think this is where we wanted to go. We only contracted to do one bathroom to see how it worked out. But it worked out so well that we contracted for two other bathrooms to have a completely redone. After our friends saw what they had done they also contracted with Ultimate. It’s worth the time and effort to allow them in to your home show you what they can do!

Tunc and his team at Ultimate Remodel were prompt, helpful, and talented. Tunc gave good recommendations for finishes that fit with our interests and the neighborhood, and Alex (the foreman on our job) gave good advice as well and worked as hard as the other workers. The guys, who were friendly and kind, worked diligently, efficiently, and neatly, cleaning up at the end of every day. We are very happy with the work that Tunc and his guys did and we plan to engage them again for future renovations and upgrades for our home.

Incredible!!! I’ve lived in many different houses and done lots of remodeling over moves associated with 20+ years in the military. Without question, these guys are the best!

We live in area near DC where the zip code seems to inspire a 20% upcharge from many contractors. Given that, we interviewed 12 different contractors for our small bathroom project. Ultimate Remodel LLC was offered the job, we have been incredibly happy with the entire project. Their communication, planning, design, gathering of materials, installation and execution of the project were on time, and first rate. The owner, the staff, and the workers respected our home during installation, and gave us a briefing at the start of each day, and an update at the end of each day in a clear, common sense manner that was honest and true. Every step of the project was honored with integrity and quality workmanship. We ended up having significant floor joist damage and reframed the entire space. The cost was covered in the contingency, and explained, labor and materials, joist by joist. They could have taken advantage since we had no choice, but they took pride in honoring the bid, and being able to stay within budget. After installing full house insulation, new sheathing, new siding, new roofing, new hvac, two electrical projects within a year, we were amazed by the ease with which Ultimate Remodel managed our full gut bathroom project. The most important thing to us is to be able to trust our contractors, Ultimate Remodel LLC is the kind of business that inspires it. Absolute, 100 percent excellent.

Tunc's team recently did a full remodel of our basement ~10 years after they did our kitchen/main level. They do first rate work and are very flexible to change things that aren't quite what we like (even if it was agreed earlier). Tunc is a good communicator and doesn't add stress to the process.

This was our second time working with Ultimate Remodel LLC and we are thrilled with the results. The bathroom looks better than we could have imagined and the process from start to finish was made easy by Tunc and his team. We came to them with an idea of what we were looking for and a wall color, and they helped us pick corresponding cabinets, tiles, and fixtures. They said we should plan for the work to take up to 2 weeks because of taking down the wall, but they were done early (except for the custom door that couldn't be installed until everything else was done) and the quality was top notch. The teams working in the house were also great. We felt comfortable having them in the house even when we weren't able to be here, and they were really wonderful about taking care of our things, including sealing off the rooms close to the worksite to prevent dust dust and debris from the construction spreading throughout the house. We absolutely plan to work with them again for future remodel jobs.
