Exceeded expectations! Our house is now the talk of the town! Our walk-in wine room is a perfect 55° with room for 300+ bottles. Our new open kitchen has a 10’ long island with quartz waterfall edges. Our bathroom is spa-like. We are so happy!!

Perfect! Very happy with the quality of the workman ship, the time it took to have done, the people who came out to do the work and the final product. We would use them again. He was excellent , very attentive to details, very reliable, very honest, they clean up after themselves everyday there is no mess everywhere at any point in time. Our home was transformed due to the work of Jose Reyes and Unica Construction. They are meticulous, have a great eye for design, and guided us well through the various decisions that come with renovations. They made easy and rewarding a process that is often challenging and stressful. We could not be happier with our new home! We originally built our home in 1979 and had not renovated it until now. Because it is an open floor plan with kitchen, family, living, and dining rooms all connected, we had to ensure a cohesive and well planned renovation project. Unica Construction worked with us to plan this out well, helping us with design decisions and material selection that would enhance the overall beauty. We were so pleased with their work and the end result that we asked them back to update the master suite: bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. When we’re ready to finish updating the rest of our home, Unica Construction will be doing this work.

I purchased a home in South Tampa and was looking for a contractor to update the home. Jose and his partner Oscar met with me and had some great ideas of how to upgrade the existing kitchen and bathrooms and create a master suite. In addition, they upgraded all major systems of the house and handled the unexpected as it came up! Great communication, quality product, and a focus on providing the best value.
