This was a special purchased thru Angie's List for $199, which was instantly paid. After multiple calls and "E" mails to Scott Maltby and several weeks of waiting, I have received exactly nothing for my $199. This means, no returned phone calls, OR not even a returned "E" mail, no nothing. It means absolutely zero response. While I still need my siding cleaned, I do NOT want Scott, or anyone affiliated with his company to do it. I feel since he cannot or will not respond to my multiple attempts to contact him, he does not deserve to be in business and does not deserve to be affiliated with Angie's List. grr

They have not responded to my email or phone calls to even schedule a date to come out. It has been three weeks since I purchased the service. It appears the $199 offer was too good to be true.

I paid for the service online two weeks ago but still have not heard from this business even tho I give them 3 optional dates to perform the service. I have also left 3 messages on their phone and not received a response I have purchased services from many providers prior to this online and have always heard something within a day.

Scott arrived as scheduled, power washied the deck and two days later came back to complete the project. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We appreciated his advice and will have him back again. <br />

I have waited close to a year to post this review with the hope that all the issues regarding my deck rebuild would be resolved. Unfortunately, that was not the case. So here is my review of Unified Pressure Washing and Painting...       As is turns out, Unified Pressure Washing and Painting subcontracted the replacement of my deck surface. The quality of the wood that was replaced was absolutely horrible as was the workmanship. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I was told that the less than adequate boards would be replaced. The process to replace the defective material went on for NINE MONTHS. I was told countless times that someone would come out to do the repairs but no one ever showed up. This happened time and time again. The ongoing excuse that I received was: "Sorry, I forgot". It was extremely frustrating to say the least. The construction of the new stairway was astonishingly unprofessional as well. The stairs that were constructed were out of square with the deck frame and were supported at ground level by broken bricks sitting on the grass. in April of 2015, nine months after the job was started, Scott Maltby (the owner of Unified Pressure Washing and Painting) came out to personally inspect the situation. Mr. Maltby concurred that the work was sub par and agreed to take care of the situation personally. Another two more weeks had passed before the defective material was finally replaced. Unbelievably the replacement boards that Mr. Maltby installed were literally 1/4" thicker than the boards originally replaced in August of 2014. Now my deck was a trip hazard resulting from the the two different thicknesses of deck boards across the deck surface (obviously from two different vendors). After a more detailed inspection of the work it was found that two of the deck posts that were replaced were missing nuts on the carriage bolts that secure the posts to the deck frame.  I have saved each and every email and text that were sent to substantiate my ongoing experience with Unified Pressure Washing and Painting as well as many detailed photographs which further substantiate the total lack of professionalism. Please note for future reference that Unified Pressure Washing and Painting does NOT provide a physical address... only a PO Box.

In the initial purchase,  I asked them to please contact me via my cell phone in order to set up an appointment. No one ever contact me. All of a sudden I get an email saying that they would come on Tuesday morning and I did not see the email until Tuesday morning. I called them immediately but it went straight to the machine. I left messages every time asking them to call me. They ended up doing the work at my old home (which was a condo) in which I had already moved to my new home.

Our house is sparkling clean! The north side of our home's siding was covered in mildew/mold and dirt, and desperately needed to be meticulously cleaned. United did a fantastic job. They spent several hours at our home and were incredibly thorough. Every single square inch looks clean. The service was well worth the cost and I am very happy that I hired them. We had some problems with no-showing without contact, but honestly this was not a big deal because I was not required to be home for the service. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, however the punctuality was a little shaky (one reschedule then two no-shows). I understand life happens, and they did great! Thanks guys! <br />

I thought that they would do some painting and my windows. They didn't follow-up quickly, it took weeks for them to talk to me. They need to communicate better and they need to fix the advertisement.
