Nick was GREAT! He was super responsive and actually asked me a ton of questions on the phone before even showing up! He came in, reviewed the issue, laid out his plan and then got to work. He also was very clean and kept his area as tidy as possible. I've used him twice and was still great. One issue I have, he let me know right away that it was a task he couldn't take on and recommended calling a larger plumbing company. Really appreciated him not going in and then realizing too late he couldn't fix it. Again, Nick is very knowledgeable, got the job done, and I will be using him again!

Nick was beyond professional, I thought i just needed him to replace the toilet flange but i had damaged the old lead pipe while trying to install it myself.  Nick had to jackhammer thru the floor to get to undamaged pipe, weld in a replacement pipe, pour in new cement, cleaned up while the fast drying cement set, then installed the toilet flange and toilet.  I will admit it was more than I was hoping to spend but after seeing the work he put in I thought it was a bargain. <br />

As part of some long-overdue home maintenance, I hired Nick to replace all of the working parts (pumps, handles, valves, water lines, etc.) in 3 toilets. The cost was a bit pricier than I was anticipating, but I know that the job was done correctly and that the parts he used were very high quality. This is the 2nd time I've used Nick and he's great to work with. Responsive, punctual, and very professional. <br />

Arrived on time, efficient, friendly disposition, very knowledgeable and informative. This is the second time we have used this provider and will definitely use him again. <br />

We've had Nick in several times, and he's always on time (or calls to let me know his status), prepared, professional, and informative. <br />

I found Union Jack Plumbing on various websites and, because all his reviews were excellent, I decided to call him.  I got his voice mail, which states that he will return all calls within 2-3 days and, true to his word, he did.  I gave him a synopsis of the problems he would encounter once here, and when he arrived he had most of the parts that needed replacing.  The only set back was the faucet leaks and immovable bathroom hot water faucet.  This is because he needed 4 new cartridges, which he told me I could get for free from the faucet company, saving me hundreds of additional dollars.  On the second visit, he replaced all cartridges, stopped all leaks and got the bathroom faucets turning as smooth as butter.  I don't know why I didn't do this sooner.  Thanks Nick for your professionalism, assessment and treatment. <br />

Thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of Nick's service. He was on-time, professional, courteous and clearly communicating the scope of the job. What's more he completed the job for less than his original estimate! How great is that? Finally, not only was his plumbing workmanship first rate but he cleverly reinstalled an undersink rev-a-shelf trash basket better than originally installed. He finished the job by not only by cleaning up but also thoroughly drying up. This is the first time I've hired Nick, based largely on what I now consider well founded on-line recommendations. I will definitely use him again for future plumbing work. He is an exceptional hand. <br /> <br />

I have had Union Jack out to my house on two occasions and both times he always provides me with alternate solutions that save me tons of money. I called him to replace my water heater and he directed me to another company that only does water heater installations. Saved me around $600-$900. Another time I had a slow drip on a bathroom faucet. He told me that my particular sink was warrantied for life and directed me back to the manufacturers website with instructions on how to obtain the part at no cost. He gave me installation instructions and also said he would be happy to return to install it. <br /> For this visit - I contacted Union Jack to replace my bath tub drain stopper as it had broken off. He tried to remove it but it was too old and corroded. He told me there were more expensive ways to repair it which could result in damage to the tub drain or another method where he would have to go through the bedroom wall to get to the drain assembly. Both expensive and time consuming options. In true Union Jack form, he then suggested a replacement insert and told me where to buy it online. So instead of paying several thousands for the more expensive repair I was able to do it myself for around $30. <br /> I also had a sink where the hot water was flowing to slowly. which he was able to fix quite quickly. <br /> It is refreshing to find any contractor that is honest and has your financial interests in mind. Union Jack is my plumber! <br />

Nick is fantastic. He was punctual, quick with his work, and called to let me know he was on his way. He did a fantastic job, and we ended up with new aerators on all of our faucets because he noticed how bad our water pressure was coming out. We had been bothered by it since moving it, but had no idea it was such a quick fix! He replaced them right then and there and we now have much better water pressure. Both sinks are now clear and leak-free, and it was done in under an hour. Nick is amazing! <br />

I called him because of the reviews I saw he had on Angie's List, which were 100% consistent. He was extremely nice and so well-organized. I felt very secure with having him around. The things that he took care of work perfectly. I consider a plumber just as important as a doctor as you need someone to take care of serious plumbing problems. I compared him to local plumbers and he comes in around $100 cheaper than them. He absolutely loves what he is doing and sings while he works. I plan on calling him again soon to work on my dishwasher, a commode that is acting up, and changing out some fixtures in my master bathroom.

Nick is great. He doesn't do the big jobs like sewer lines, but he'll clear clogs and fix leaks and install fixtures cheaper and faster than anyone else. And he'll recommend reliable people to do the jobs he doesn't do. <br />

The over all experience was great. They were quick to get me on the schedule and handled the repairs in a timely manner. Just in time to sell my home! Thanks Union Jack! <br />

Union Jack was FAST, responsive, and informative. They showed up quickly, explained everythign they were doing, discussed with us how to prevent the problem, and left everything spotlessly clean. We will use him again, and will recommend them to everyone we know.
