Extremely well. We contacted three highly rated companies. Two have not gotten around to returning the call. Unique responded quickly, came out and took a look and were willing to squeeze us in for the next week. They came when promised, did the work on the schedule they promised and charged a reasonable amount. We are very happy with the result, which has made a big improvement in our garage. And we are very happy with Abe and his crew.

We had a bad experience. Unfortunately, we weren’t home each time the work was done. The first of three times our patio was stained, Abe first made his own “design” on our patio that was three separate patterns of swirls, and wasn’t what we agreed to and we hated it. The patterns in three separate areas didn’t even match each other! We did like the way the step turned out. So, he sanded everything but the step and redid the patio. We had him come over the next day to look at it, and he said “it looks terrible” which we agreed. So then he said he couldn’t match the step anyway so he sanded the entire patio plus step. We asked him to not seal it until we saw it. It is better but has three places where the stain ran and there are big streaks which obviously is from the stain running. I asked him if we could simply put a little more stain on and blend it before he sealed it. He refused, and at that point we agreed he could go ahead and seal it. When he sealed it, he put some scratches that look like maybe the handle of his brush scraped it or something, and this appears in a few places and looks terrible. Also the sealer is not applied smoothly. It is embarrassing to us when other people see it. Also, he and his crew spilled a bunch of stain on our grass which killed it, and he didn’t acknowledge that at all. We took a chance on him because we thought if he’s listed on HomeAdvisors he must be okay. BBB had no info on him. He had good reviews on his website which we now realize he could have put there himself or had someone else do it. Also, he quoted it would take two days, and we felt that would be fine. However, he completed the work very quickly and hence charged us about $400-$450/hour. We feel he was rushing to get the job completed and hence did not do a good job. I must say, he did come back every time and did try to make it right; but in the end he was just tired of doing the job and we had to settle for it the way it is. We are not happy.

Abe and his team were fantastic! I have already recommended him to multiple colleagues and friends. The garage floor is awesome, he met all the expectations he set, and was highly, highly professional. Job very well done!

I can't say enough about our experience with Unique Concrete, and specifically Abe! Abe arrived at our house the day we called for an estimate, and I was blown away by his professionalism and responsiveness. His work ethic never waned from beginning to end. There really isn't enough room to describe all the ways he showed up to make our project a success. The basement floor is beautiful now and I know he went the extra mile to make sure it'll last another 100 years.

I always ask questions and he helped me understand the process. They explained the whole process, step by step. At the end of the day, the service was worth it. Every employee knew what they were doing and did a great job. They were on time. They finished the work on the date that they said they would. They had the best price for the service; I had received other quotes

It went really really well. I was looking at a couple different options and their came up on a google search. They just blew me away on the estimate. The experience I had compared to the other company was just amazing. They explained everything, when the crew came to my house, they were very very respectful. From start to finish, they just let me know every step pf the way and kept me very informed. All over, I just had a really great experience with all the people that came out and did the work and with the owner as well. Even the work already completed, I'm just blown away. With the living room itself, they actually gave me something different than what I was looking for and the results were just beautiful.

UCC came to my home and provided me a free estimate. They were extremely professional and explained everything I needed to know and what system would work best for my floors. I felt they were very honest and treated me with nothing but upmost respect and were very courteous. I was blown away from the work they did. It was more than I expected and would definitely hire them again. Not to mention the pricing they gave me was very reasonable with all the work I wanted done. Great company , great service and even better work!!
