Unique Fence and Deck

After he received down payment he became hard to contact.

Went through Angi for fence contractor . Got 3 or 4 phone calls with estimates. Picked Unique Fence and Deck the job. They came out gave estimate of $1600.00 on 09/24/24. Had to pay $800.00 up front. Gave check for $800 which was cashed following morning. Contract said complete by 10/8 and never showed up! Called and left numerous messages just for simply explanation of why no show and they refuse to communicate with me. The job was a total of 56 ft of four foot fencing with a 3’ and 4’ gate in it.

Austin was very personable. His crew was friendly, hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a great job and I love my fence. My only constructive feedback is Austin wants all his customers to be happy and this can cause delays. Better time management would ensure more accurate installation date.

Austin was the only contractor from Angi to reach out to me. Disappointing since Angi has such a large network but lucky fir me! Austin set an appointment to give me a a quote and he was prompt and professional. I had gotten quotes on my own from other fence contractors and found Austin's to be the best price for the same product I was quoted by the other companies. Obviously, I hired Unique Fence and Deck. Matt and his crew came out when my work was scheduled and did a fantastic job. The guys know what they're doing and were quick even though they were working in miserably hot weather conditions. The whole crew was friendly and eager to answer questions and address concerns. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my project. I am going to get a bid on a deck from Unique Fence and Deck and feel confident Austin and his crew won't let me down. I definitely recommend Unique Fench and Deck. Great work!!

This company is the greatest best priced company out there. I had them install 6 ft vinyl fencing and a vinyl white fence and railings on my porch. Austin is a great contractor and he has the greatest bunch of guys working for him. They are so professional and knowledgeable when it come to all your needs. Don’t hesitate to have them do your week. If I need more work done I’d be the 1st to call them in! ?can’t say enough good things about them.

Austin was easy to work with. He and his crew did a great job. Everything looks wonderful. The fence was done quickly, professionally, and all debris was totally cleaned up at completion.
