Nick created a beautiful porch at our house overlooking the marsh. It is actually much nicer than the old wood porch and offers a more open view. Nick is highly skilled at all of the various tasks that were involved. He moves the project along quickly, is a good communicator, and does not nickel and dime you once the job begins. His quote for the job was very reasonable, especially considering all the work that was done.

Nick and his crew were nothing less than outstanding. They were punctual, respectful, and after the work day was done they cleaned up (even if they were coming back the next day) - Nick and his crew are good people and do great work. If we need/want anything else done to our house, we know exactly who we will call to have it done.

Great work! Even with a rainy week, they finished within a few days. I would recommend their services to anyone needing to close in their patio.

I would highly recommend Nick and his crew for a kitchen or bath remodel as well as any carpentry work. We originally hired Nick for a kitchen remodel which involved removing a wall, installing a beam and cabinets along with some plumbing and electrical work. We liked his work so much we had him tear out and build a shower in our master bath and install a small shower in our half bath. We were very impressed by his work and knowledge and when we asked for changes/or additions his pricing was fair and he tries to accommodate our wishes. It seems like he can do it all - electrical work, plumbing, tiling, build walls and doors, installing cabinets - and everything was done very well. We are very happy with everything he did, it exceeded our expectations.

They did a great job tackling multiple projects we needed done, some of which were complex in nature. Very professional, timely, and great craftsmanship! This is the first time we have used a contractor and we were super pleased through the entire process.

We are thrilled with the quality of Nick's work. He installed two new trapezoidal picture windows in our living room to give us more light. That involved cutting the wall, rerouting electrical lines, replacing the vinyl siding on the exterior, and installing and painting the trim around the windows inside the house. The entire project was done in a day. The price was very reasonable, and we will recommend this company to our neighbors who are considering the same type of remodeling job. The duo that did the work were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and very professional. We highly recommend Unique Building and Remodeling!

Sunroom was better than I expected!

Nick did a great job and was very responsive to questions or any concerns I had. Job was completed and everything was cleaned up and left in great shape.

I am very pleased with the screened porch. Nick from Unique was easy to work with and came out promptly for a quote which was a good price and beat a large operation in the area. Project was started quickly and no delays except the unavoidable bad weather. Nick communicated his schedule which is appreciated. We are very pleased all round.

It was very nice. Nick is very efficient, a good fast thorough clean worker. He follows all building codes. He's very accurate and precise with his measurements. We were very pleased with Nick. His prices were very fair. He doesn't leave a mess after his work he, cleans up. He goes outta his way for people. Nick was like family he was a great guy. He cares about people.

From my first contact they where very professional timely and helpful. They came out talked to me about my concerns about the job (not letting my dog out keeping the yard clean even while working so my dog wouldn’t eat anything) they had great ideas about how to do the job. They gave me a reasonable estimate for a price and time till start and completion. I could not be happier with how my house came out. Thanks to them my house looks better than I had imagined!
