I have been with them for over two years. At first, everything was great. They went thru a period where they seemed to have a high turnover, but seemed to get past that. Then they became later and later past the appointment time. That wouldn't be such a big deal if they called me to let me know, but they did not. Then something happened about five weeks ago, they never showed. After an hour and a half late, I texted the owner, no response. I called the owner's cellphone and the office number and left messages with no response. I still never received a response. I honestly don't know if they are still in business. It seems that somebody would have called. I'm actually worried that something bad has happened. If not, this is extremely unprofessional.

When they first started, all categories would be A!! If I needed a day change or time change, they were happy to oblige. I have two house dogs and dog hair was always cleaned! A couple of years ago, things began to deteriorate. I was able to tell which team had cleaned, one was superior to the other. The receptionist NEVER returned a phone call. Joanna told me to e-mail her, that she always answered...NOT! Finally their vacuum blew out one of my sockets. I was promised a electrician would fix it.....never happened! So Sad!!

Excellent! Now I have them come biweekly and they are reliable and professional. I like that they use natural cleaning products so my house smells clean and vaguely of white vinegar, instead of chemical products.

Fairly well. They don't always clean under the living room furniture and under the beds. Have to be reminded.

Super. They always come on time and leave the place sparkling, especially the bathrooms. They come in a marked car, and use healthy cleaning products like white vinegar. I've had other cleaning services but they are the most consistent.

Not doing very well on the hardwood floors. They have streaks all over them when they dry. I told the cleaners about it but they acted like they weren't concerned. They also don't clean behind and under the furniture. I plan on calling their supervisor before they come again. They come every 4 weeks to clean.

Highly recommend! They are willing to schedule special chores and are open to schedule changes to accommodate vacations and house guests. In particular they are very attentive to my written directions left on the table top including to ignore certain items which I wish to clean myself. Joanna is an excellent manager of her crew and a professional in all regards..

Wow! They did an amazing job. My kitchen and bath have never been this clean! In addition to regular cleaning of surfaces, floors, and appliances, they paid attention to little details I never would have thought of. For example, they even cleaned the lint trap on my dryer. I don't mean they just emptied it; they cleaned it so that it look brand new. I highly recommend this service. It was worth every penny.

I like them very much. I was so pleased with the deal that I contracted with them to come once a month. I used the big deal in 2015 and I have been using them on a regular basis since then.
