After attending a home expo and getting several quotes for our bathroom remodel, we realized most companies only offered one-day remodels and didn’t work with standalone tubs. I had my wood floors refinished by United Carpet Floor Kitchen and Bath, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Their professionalism stood out, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely pleased with both the service and the outstanding quality of their work. Below is what my floor looks like before the refinishing and after.

It went well.  They laid it over a red asphalt tile.  The only problem was with our TV center, they didn"t pull it out and put the wood under there.  They came back and did it though.  They did a good job and gave me a guarantee.  They also did  my kitchen floor several years ago and they did a job on that too. 

The work was exceptional. There was a language barrier, the installers spoke little English, however we stumbled along just fine. I did have 2 requests for corrections, one was a piece of wood that had chipped during install and the other correction involved the placement of wood at entrance to a room. The manager came to inspect my 2 complaints, then scheduled the installer to come out and correct the two problems by replacing the wood. The corrections were also exceptional, although it took almost a month to get them back out. The price was supposedly discounted because of a sale on hardwood, so I believe the price was reasonable. I will use United again for my flooring needs.
