Not good. The owner did not check the job even after I complained there was a dent/valley where they removed the chimney. The crew manager (his father) was instructed to collect the final half of the payment on completion and promised to return for materials/bricks left from the job. They hauled all the materials out of my yard and have the in a pile outside my fence. I have been trying to get the materials picked up as promised to me several times without success. The owner has ignored my last four emails through your web site since 10/17/20. This job was complete on 10/13/20 so I feel more than two weeks sufficient time to complete their job. I should not have paid the last half of the fee until they completed the job as promised. I’ve learned that lesson. I also asked for an estimate to replace the roof and have not heard from him. I would not hire or recommend this company again. This is the first time I used a contractor from your site and am disappointed in his follow-through and lack of communication.
