Owner  Brian and his crew arrived on schedule, quickly and professionally trimmed my trees as promised.  They thinned out the trees, removed unhealthy/dead limbs and cleaned up the resulting mess leaving my property cleaner and my trees healthier than before they arrived. <br />

Was an emergency.  Not one other company bothered to call me back when I got a hold of these folks.  They happened to be right near by and did the work that day.  I wasn't there when the work was done.  They could have done a little better job on the tree and the price was a little steep, but it was an emergency and they were the only game in town.  I will use them again because my regular tree guy still hasn't called me back. <br />

They were very prompt in coming to give estimate, and were reasonably priced. They arrived when they said and did a great job,. They climbed the big trees and were very careful of the surrounding property, very courteous crew. They cleaned everything up and removed all debris.

I was not home but I am very pleased with the service and the price. Trees look great. No problems and the price was what was agreed upon. <br />

They were very responsive to my inquiries and getting me a quote (something I have been dissatisfied with from other providers in the area). I was provided a quote of $1800. They came out in a few weeks. The job was supposed to take one day but ended up taking 2. They did not charge me extra for their inconvenience and stayed true to the original quote. They cleaned up well when they left. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and carrying about maintaining the health of my trees that were trimmed. They explained how proper trimming is healthy for the trees but improper trimming can cause lasting damage to the tree. The only thing that I was not happy with was seeing some of the workers smoke and discard their butts in my yard. One of the workers also left a drink in my yard over night but they took care of it the following day with the rest of the clean up. <br />

They do a very good job. We have used them three or four times. They are prompt. They clean up their mess well.

Mr. Adams and his crew came to my residence and removed 3 trees and trimmed the other 4 trees. Mr. Adams crew cleaned up and hauled off the debris. I was extremely pleased with their workmanship. I certainly would recommend them!

The experience went very well. It began with our meeting with Brian for an estimate. He shot us a very reasonable price, as well as an estimate for when his crew could do the work. He was correct on both counts. We were phoned the day before they showed up, and, by the time we were home the next afternoon, the job was complete and was cleaned up. Had our trees not have looked so much better, we may not have been able to tell that they had been there. To use some of their equipment, they had even had to remove a section of our fence, which we had discussed in our first meeting, and it was seamlessly replaced. <br /> <br /> The only hiccup was that some stumps in our yard had been missed; however, after a short, congenial phone call, the crew returned (within an hour) and resolved that problem. <br /> <br /> After the service was complete, Brian discussed the health and care of our trees with us, giving us an idea of what we had accomplished that day and when our trees may need attention once again (4-5 years). He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. <br /> <br /> We will have no hesitation in using United Forestry again or with recommending them to our friends (which we have already done).

After our initial contact we received a quotation for the work. Everything was completed within five working days. In additition two smaller trees were removed at no additional charge. The workmen were all very professional and carefull not to damage our property. The clean-up of debris was outstanding!
