With over 10 years combined , we are a full service business that prides ourselves on customer service! Safety is # 1 priority along with the customers property. Rather than focusing on being the biggest, we shoot to be the best doing quality work for a fair rate. We have workmen’s compensation and 2 million in general liability which includes BIG TREE take down. Most do not have this and your property is not covered on a standard GL policy. Also without workers compensation the homeowners are responsible for any workers injured. General liability does not cover the worker! I had a large old oak tree that had been hit by lightning in 2018, was completely dead needed to come down before the upcoming hurricane season. We agree to a price and the work was scheduled to happen 2 days later. Getting this tree down safely so that no damage occurred to my neighbor's property was my main concern. My yard is naturally very wet so I understood prior that there would be ruts made from the trucks that would be used to do this work which was brought up in conversation just before the work began. Bringing a 200-foot dead tree down was tricky since it hung over my neighbor's property but the guys who did it were careful and brought down quickly. Through no fault of their own, a piece of the tree fell on my neighbor's metal fence denting it. After the work was done and the crew was leaving nothing was said to me about the dented fence, contacting my neighbor about it, or smoothing out the ruts in my backyard. I immediately called my contact about these things and made arrangements for him to come by and pick up his equipment and look at the yard and fence which he did. After this, I have reached out to my contact three times to inquire when this work would be done with no resolution. My neighbors have not heard from him about their fence. When I spoke with him I was told that he was working on getting an estimate to repair the fence and that he would return with equipment to smooth out the yard. I am disappointed by the lack of follow up. The actual tree work was done quickly and safely but follow up to date hasn’t been done.

"The customer wanted emergency tree work done a day before a hurricane came in despite of how wet the weather was. We told her we could get the tree down but there was no way to clean the tree up until things dried . They wanted to be safe and didn’t care about the mess .Once the tree was down she rushed us instead of letting things dry out . .. it rained for weeks after and we could not clean up without destroying the yard and they said go ahead anyway. As you see in the photo the tree was took down with no damage to the fence or neighboring property. It was so wet we could not get the tree out without getting the skid or anything else we have stuck weeks after the storms. Her and her mother contacted me very rudely and said to not return."

Even tho it took several days of work, the price was right - half the price of the other tree cutting outfits that had cranes. This is because they brought all the branches down the old school way of a guy climbing up, harnessed to the tree, tying and then cutting and lowering the branches down with ropes to the ground crew that cut them up and hauled them away.

This company is one guy, Joey, who contracts another company to perform the work on trees (Joey books the appointments and does removal of the wood). By his own admission, he has worked with several different arborists, so you won't be sure which one will be contracted to do your work. The arborist did very well and was very careful to get my consent at each and every step. The reason I am giving an "F" grade is as follows: * The owner Joey said he would walk around with me and personally do a few small trimming jobs, outside of the major work. I woke up one morning to see that close to 70% of my 13 foot fig tree (that was bursting with fig-buds) had been cut. I had learned from the arborist that you can never cut more than 50% and during the summer, no more than 30%. Only minutes after this, Joey came back (he had done this maybe around 6 or 7am). I was really upset and I told him so: "Why would you do that? I'm not happy...". He said something like "Woman, how dare you speak to me that way..." and then stormed off saying "black lives matter". (He is white, and my car said "silence = violence" on my rear windshield.) * Later, he asked to be payed in full when there was a full day of work ahead and I genuinely believe he would not have finished if I had paid him. * When I finally paid him I brought up the perplexing "black lives matter" reference when we argued over my fig tree and he stormed off saying something about "being 'for' the other race" (I present as white). If you're OK with hiring a sexist racist who can't handle conflict, also keep in mind you won't know which arborist might be working with him.

"After being on the job very little time I noticed that the homeowner was very unstable. Following shortly after my hunch was right when a neighbor told me she was heavily medicated. She has absolutely no idea what she is talking about. There’s only one company and that’s United. She was very rude and disrespectful and shorted the company of there money after doing such a good job . I told her I’d pray for her and she said she was a atheist which also didn’t surprise me . This is a typical case of a disturbed customer not bad Company."

Jay was very easy to work with throughout the entire process from estimate to haul off. Jay and company were very professional and accommodating to my schedule. I'm extremely pleased with the end result. They cleaned up and hauled off everything, leaving behind no mess. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for tree removal services.

Three trees in a tight area, two of which were leaning over the house were scaled and chopped down from the top to the bottom. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up very well

When I call them, I got called back within an hour and the field supervisor came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate and when the tree service came they were very professional, very knowledgeable and they really enjoy what they're doing. They were enthusiastic and they kept me up on what was going on and one of the best part I like was the clean up. It was a wow factor, it was spotless. I like the idea that they have insurance and workman compensation, I like their quality of work so much that I ask them to come back again. Their prices were very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with.

I had a tree in the front yard that was soon to fall and I called United lawn Care up and they were very professional and told me they would get it done on a certain date they actually came early which was in my benefit. I felt very safe with them up in my trees getting the work done they were very professional, price was awesome, I would recommend them to anyone 5 stars!!!!

"We took Mr Mcarthor around the property upon completion and ask if everything was done to his satisfaction. He said he was happy before payment was made by him . In the next couple days, he said he had missed seeing some brush that he want hauled away that was in the woods where he had requested it be left at because the price he had been given did not require hailing most of the brush off it was to be left in the woods .We said we would come back to satisfy him. We had other appointments and couldn’t just drop them immediately to meet his demand . He was being irrational and asking for a service that was not included in his original quote. but seeing how good of a company we are we were going to anyway. He then said just don’t come back, so we said ok . Then the insistent calls and texting began from him. So at that point, for the safety of the men and company, we are no longer responding to him"
