We had a 2nd level deck which was basically a landing with stairs to our backyard. It was falling apart and I wanted to replace it with a larger, more functional composite deck. I contacted multiple contractors. Some never came. Some came and never gave me an estimate. Some told me they had no availability for 6+ months. The quotes I received ranged from $15k to $25k, with one outlier quote of $125k. Leo had one of the lowest bids and was a pleasure to work with from the start. He is a good communicator and presented me with 2 choices as soon as I had explained I wanted a light colored deck. He gave a reasonable start time in 2-3 weeks with a build time of 1 week. Work started on time and it was very clear Leo's goal was to focus on 1 or 2 projects at a time rather than try to work on 10. His crew came when he said they would and they worked the entire day unless weather issues prevented them. The only other delay in the deck were due to having to wait for supplies. As they were finishing up, Leo noticed something was off with the rails and fixed it without us complaining. My deck looks great and more importantly, the Brookhaven building permit inspectors told me the deck was sturdy and well built. I'm happy to recommend Leo and his crew and will use them again if I need more work done.

Leo and his team were the best!!! They completed the project in less than two days, while starting early and even through some rain. The workmanship is excellent. So happy with the results!!
