Joel and his contractors did an amazing job. The architect he recommended had the foresight to include in the plans for the city every possibility.  Saved a lot of trouble when the inspector came in and said it will have to be done this way and we already had the plans in hand. We spent more than we anticipated, primarily to correct some of the botched work from previous contractors. The house is 40 years old and we have been absentee landlords for many years. <br /> Joel spent many hours with us listening to our vision and working with us to make it happen. He came up with some very good ideas that really made a big difference. He kept us informed on the what, when, and why. All of the contractors were very good. His tile guy, Fernando, did an amazing job. I looked at all the work he did in the kitchen and the baths and could not find any tiles not aligned. Amazing job. <br /> I would not hesitate to highly recommend United Top Quality Construction to anyone who is contemplating a major renovation. Not only does he do great work he has turned into a good friend. <br />

<p>Signed up for an Angie's List Deal with United Top Quality Construction. Joel, owner/contractor, contacted me quickly. I sent him a picture and description of the job. The exterior door to garage needed replaced, including door jamb, supporting studs and header that were too damaged by termites to keep. Joel arranged to pick up door and materials, then was able to complete job within the time purchased through offer. Angie's List Deal made the cost very fair. Joel and his helper were professional and helpful. They did a great job with the install, with minimal destruction of the stucco exterior. I'm planning on hiring him again for another exterior door replacement that is also not a straightforward job.</p> <br />

Joel was able to come do the estimate the same day we contacted him. <br /> He & his helper showed up promptly on the scheduled day & got to work on the door. When the new patio room was added the slab was raised about 6 inches so the garage door also had to go up 6 inches. The door & frame assembly had to be completely removed & the opening modified to be able to install it properly. Because of the amount of work that had to be done it took quite a while but it turned out exactly right. <br /> The window sill project was to dress up the bare openings. The kitchen window already had a sill so I was able to show what I had in mind for the bedrooms. I left the choice of wood & decorative moulding up to Joel. When they were done it looked great & also they did a complete cleanup of the work area in the rooms & garage. <br /> I was very pleased by the work that was done & have already got the estimate for the next project I plan to have them work on. <br />

Joel Juarez, the owner of United Top Quality Construction, personally involves himself in the estimate and the work.  He is skilled in all facets on home repair and remodeling.  He is always prompt to complete work and leaves all work areas clean and orderly.  His crews are competent and safe.  All pricing for work has been fair and reasonable.  Joel works hard to meet the needs of the client and has great ideas of his own to share.  Joel and his crew are friendly and trustworthy.

We were about to go on vacation and I went into the attic to take some things with us and I noticed the leaking roof. He came out within a couple of hours. He looked at it and we agreed on getting it repaired. He choose a great tile and he did the job within the next day or two, during the rain. I was really impressed. He came out by himself and worked on the roof. He is a really good guy and very customer orientated. He really tries to do the job properly.
