Mr. Turner was prompt and, professional. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects in his profession. His price was competitive . His work was on the mark. I have recommended him to another family member who is also in need of fireplace & chimney repair. I am very happy with the job that Unity Brick did for me.

Prompt and efficient.

Arrived at appointed time, very courteous. Maintenance on unit was satisfactory after twenty years of non use did get the unit to work. Did not get the wall switch for the fireplace blower to work, was able to show the blower worked on 120v, said the switch was bad did not attempt to check it for power. I checked the switch later with a volt meter and it tested good. My problem is I do not know if the fan is on low voltage and if the thermoplie is defective or the wiring from the fireplace to the wall switch is bad. In all fairness the unit's remote control works and the fireplace works okay without the blower, the blower would make it better.

I was really hoping to get our old fire logs repaired, and was wary of being scammed into buying new ones, but after seeing Mr. Turner clean and inspect the old burner carefully, and having him explain the problem to me, I was comfortable that the unit needed to be replaced. He was courteous and efficient, and btw, came out the same day that we spoke on the phone.

Frank Turner came to clean and inspect the two chimneys in my duplex and he did a fine job. No mess. He was efficient and courteous. He knows this business and was great at explaining what needs to be done for my fireplace and patio if and when I might want to improve them.

Frank did a chimney sweep and replaced my gas logs for me along with a new remote control. He got here a little early and got the job done. He was very confident and knowledgeable about this work. I am pleased with his work and wanted to give him a good report.

He showed up on time, and did a great job fixing our brick porch. I called him about one spot I wanted him to look at again and he came right back early the next morning to repair it. I was so grateful for his integrity with his workmanship. This is not an easy characteristic to find. Very pleased and will hire again for future jobs if needed.
