Got estimates from 3 companies, all about the same price for the job, They all estimated about a week, but universal took 3 weeks, They didn't have enough tools, hoe, rakes, shovel, bucket, garden hoses, tarp, pick, so used mine and did not clean them after using, The concrete driveway and sidewalk is still dirt stained even after power washing? Did not use brush. The concrete block wall is stained with over using too much concrete, wallcap, is stained and is not even to the eye, I don't think they were masonry workers but landscapers, Half way through the job, he wanted the full amount in payment, diid not follow the 50/25/25 payment, also had to pay 1000$ more because they didn't order enough tile.NEVER again, sorry and frustrated

"Wanted tile to be 2 layers up with the amount given was just for the 2 layers. Also my guys was going to buy extra buckets, shovels, & other equipment for job but homeowner told them to use his. I will admit that the guy that was working for me did not do as I asked & over stepped boundaries. There are concrete marks from grout because he did not clean them. Doing his own things and not listening to the main lead man which caused him to get fired. Also I took 3 payments 4550$ on approval of job, 2275, for payment after forming, & last payment of 2275 after job was done and approved by home owner. For the extra 1000$ was agreed upon by home owner to make wall 3 tile high because the agreement on proposal was only 2 high. But I do apologize for the inconvenience & will be more strict on my workers. Thank you for your submission."

We live on a hillside with 30 fruit trees and a lot of overgrown vegetation. Scott and his crew came in and worked for 3 full days removing trees, weeding beds, trimming branches and taking all the rubbish away to make our space look amazing. The team could not have been a better example of hard work and pride in their craft. Early in the bidding, I tried to cheap out and have him just weed whack the weeds and he explained how they would grow right back and it’s worth it to have them take the time to remove everything the right way. I took his recommendation and so glad we did. I didn’t know backyard dirt could look that sexy! We were quick to find other projects for the team so we had a reason to bring him back and this week they are coming back to install French drain and gutter drainage pipes. I can’t say enough good things about this team and appreciate all they have done.
