Overall it went well the plan was to repaint andredo floors but as we started we added new cabintes and redid both restrooms prices were on our budget Mr Solis was able to get the price right Quality of work was excellent I haven't complains he did go over the time scheduled but I didn't mind because he did communicate about it 1 St

I hired universal construction for interior remodel and overall it went well . There was lots of work to be done as far as customizing all the changes how I wanted them . There was great communication between I and Mr. Solis as far as what I needed and wanted to get done .

Very disappointed he took to long to do the roof. Would say he was going to show up and won’t. And if he did show up it was in the afternoon work 3 hrs then would leave. A month later the roof was finally done and never came back to finish painting. Very unprofessional never prepared.

All of the work performed needed to be redone by a builder who knew what he was doing. Nothing was done to code. The basement wall framing and egress window framing was not to code nor was the electrical or plumbing performed on my house. I was required to remove EVERYTHING he and his crew installed. To top it off the exterior paint job put on my garage peeled so that was not even correct. Thousands of dollars down the drain.

"[Member Name Removed] I have witnesses that heard our conversations about permits you said you didn’t care and that it didn’t matter to you ! Everyday that I saw you o would ask you if everything was fine and you would always reply YES you were fine with everything until you went to list the house they asked for permits which you thought wouldn’t be a problem and they made you do everything where they could see the progress work. I even told you to get the permit more than twice and you replied that you weren’t worried about it !! I will get my employees to sign a document as witnesses including my wife !! Everything we wrote on the contract was performed and with warranty . I’m so disappointed that you would want to damage my reputation on my business even after you said you would give me more work ."

At first there wasn’t a big crew but job still got done on time . Communication and quality was great .

The job was to remove old roof and install new roof . Price included labor and material . Walter started a day early than schedule and completed on time . Inspections all passed on time . Overall work and communication were great I will be recommending him .
