Here at Universal Decorative Flooring, we specialize in any type of concrete applications such as epoxy solid flooring, epoxy flooring with vinyl chips, water and acid staining, overlay/textures, concrete sealing, concrete water proofing, Waxing and commercial janitorial services. We are a family owned business that has been around for over 20 years now, so we are experienced in what we do and have many contracts and happy customers.

Sergio was responsive and professional. He did a fantastic job in the garage and so we had him also epoxy an area under our gazebo. We are so happy and would definitely recommend him.

His quote was higher than another company but I used him because his good reviews. He came and did his job in one day. "Lifetime warranty". I recommended him to my neighbor across the street. Three months later the stain started peeling off. He came and said he will come back when the weather was better to restain. I have been trying to get him back and everytime he has an excuse, COVID, flat tired, too busy, didn't show up several times when he said he will. Now he is not answering my calls or text. It's upsetting that you trust and paid a "professional" and he does a bad job and don't even has the decency to repair it. I will not recommend him. I waited a year to give him a chance to fix it before writing this review. Please come and fix it or give my money back.

Sergio was extremely easy to work with. He was responsive with my emails and provided pictures of his previous work. He worked with my schedule as I had a tight window for this project. The epoxy came out beautiful.
